Everything was perfect

Everything about the hotel was amazing!

This hotel is flashy, the service is very good, the room rate is very high during holidays, 19,000 RMB per night for a villa, but the value for money is too low, it is not worth the room rate, the 90-minute SPA reservation costs 2,000 RMB, the SPA infrastructure is too poor, I once doubted whether it is a five-star hotel? Too simple

Unexpectedly, this is one of the most cost-effective hotels in Dubai! Very quiet, with amazing scenery, with your feet in South America and your heart around the world! ! !

The room and view are great, you can overlook downtown Dubai in the distance. very quiet place

Very suitable hotel for family vacation

This hotel is on an island. If you come to Dubai for the first time, it is not recommended. The environment and general public facilities are not in good condition.

Garbage on the island and on the beach (outside the guest area and adjacent). This is incredibly sad and shows that the island is not in a good condition and is not respected and cared for as Anantara normally stands for in its sustainable and environmentally friendly way (pictures available). Construction work at the Helios Restaurant where several excavators and Bobcat were working during lunch. Much too loud engine noise and exhaust fumes 20 meters in front of the terrace where lunch was served!!!! There was no written information beforehand that construction work was taking place on the complex, nor was there any indication at check-in or when booking. Peacock on the paddle court (all full of droppings) - There are no doors to prevent the animals from entering. Daily review and cleaning of the facility. Carelessly furnished spa ambience (empty showcase, artificial lawn etc.) with average service during the treatment. Breakfast (maximum standard) - selection of fruit / too few staff / coffee and orders do not arrive at the same time - very long duration. Unmotivated service (Nina). Noise level in the room (humming of a generator even though the air conditioning is switched off). Aircraft noise Vehicles passing in front of the house can be heard loudly when you are lying in bed. Guests in the boat - luggage is still being loaded - departure delayed. An employee must have used the telephone in the room for a local call which was listed on the bill. Check out (minibar must be checked personally - waiting time). Done according to admin standard process at check out, no question about the stay or whether something is needed. There are dates and Arabic coffee available at check out. unfortunately the coffee was an empty pot. no drinks or similar were offered on departure despite waiting time. There was enough staff in the room but they were busy with themselves. This is also the overall impression that remains. Everyone is busy with themselves and doesn't look after you like we are used to from Anantara. At Qasar Al Sarab, Abu Dhabi Mangrove and in the Maldives, we are used to the unmistakable quality of Anantara. It's very sad when you choose this location and don't get what you should actually expect for this price.

Check in time 3:00pm but you will enter your room @5:00, check in time 3:00pm and also boat timing 3:00pm!! And check out time 12:00pm

My first review wasn't published for some reason so let's try this again... We went for our honeymoon and our welcome basket had assorted exotic fruit. We tried a lot of them not knowing what it should be like. Ended up eating bad mangosteen (since never had it before did not question it). Got extremely ill from the mycotoxins we found out, (throwing up, hallucinations, panic attacks, shaking, extremely high heart rate etc.). The next day we had them bring us fruit when we complained. The chef and 2 other personel brought us 3 on a tray. Cut into the first one and looked completely different and was okay. We had them cut into the others and they were spoiled terribly like the one we both ate. Ended up calling the hotels recommended nurse who boated to us on the island for IV's with antibiotics, fluids etc. We just had my wife tested on her blood and it came back infected from the fruit. We certainly alerted the staff many times so other people wouldnt get sick. We were sick for a few days, I got better and my wife got worse. Ended up having to go in the ER when we landed back in the US. We followed up with the hotels open case for us after getting back and they have been dodging us since. They have all the information. We have pictures of it. The only thing they did was comp our extra 30 minutes of a massage which was cheap upon checkout. None of the medical expenses (multiple thousands) + all of our stay we spent violently ill and didnt get to enjoy anything. The massages were right after the fruit btw where we started feeling ill. I thought we were drugged but was from the fruit. Terrible customer service in regards to our wasted stay.

We had the most relaxing time at Anantara. Our Villa Host Aziza made sure that we had everything we needed and was checking in on us daily to ensure we are covered and always comfortable. These 2 days spent at the pool and the beach were very much needed

Getting to the Island was a really nice experience. Upon arrival we learned that the reservation team had booked a different room than what we opted for so they decided to provide us with a free upgrade and complimentary late check out. Really appreciate the gesture from the Hotel Staff. The Pool Villa was beautiful. We had access to a private pool and a direct entry to the beach. The peacocks and ducks on the island gave us a completely different feeling. We did the "Dining by Design" which was in a nice secluded area of the property which was beautifully set up so I could do my engagement proposal. Highly recommend doing it but advise it during the colder months. Hope to visit once again during my next long break here in the UAE.

Beautiful resort, gorgeous views and amazing experience overall. But what stood out was the hospitality from Ms Aziza, she really made my birthday trip special and memorable
