I didn’t get the room I booked and paid for. I was travelling with my family, 2 of my sons have autism and I booked a suite with 5bedrooms so they could have a bedroom each and the rest of the family could be together. Also the suite had a lounge where we could sit as a family and my sons could have the routines we have at home. However we were moved to a different suite and I was advised that the room I had selected was being used on a long term rent and I couldn’t have it. This caused awful issues for my children and me to have to stay up all night to monitor them. There wasn’t any managers around to discuss the matter with and the service from the receptionist was awful. Just kept saying it will not be possible. I showed him my booking and explained why I needed the room I had booked and he just didn’t seem to care. The whole situation was just really upsetting. The rooms were clean enough, the showers were dreadful and there wasn’t enough crockery for everyone to have a drink or something to eat. The road noises were so loud at night even if I managed to go to bed I don’t think I would of slept! All night party went on the din of music played for most of the night. The suite we stayed in didn’t have a lounge or table facilities for my children to eat at. I have called the hotel daily since my stay and no manger will speak to me about my complaint or possible refund absolutely terrible customer service! The worst I’ve ever experienced! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody, save your money book somewhere else and probably cheaper for better!!
