First of all I’ll mention that the setting was very beautiful and the rooms were wonderful. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help and make us comfortable. They went out of their way to cater to our restricted diet as well . The issues I had were the location (mostly 1.5 hours to get anywhere. Sometimes longer with traffic) and the language barrier. I can’t fault them on the language but I believe I had a lot of missed opportunities because of it (?). But if you plan on doing any activities near the city center then I would I suggest you book a different hotel and keep this one for after you are done just to relax with the beautiful scenery. My kids felt car sick every drive back to the hotel. I also felt I wasted time because of the drive when I could have used it more productively. So bottom line, would I go back? Definitely. But not if my goal is to explore the city

My stay was very pleasant. Everything is per stated while booking. The staff where very nice. They could not speak English very well, but we use WeChat to communicate. However, I would not recommend for solo traveler who don’t have the car since I got scammed from Didi. The driver threatened and asked for more money. Because it’s in an isolated mountain area so I had no choice. This hotel is good for family with their own car. I would definitely come back, but I would rent a car next time.

The homestay is beautifully designed, blending traditional and natural elements with a soft, modern aesthetic. The staff are helpful and respond almost immediately to any request made through WeChat. The whole place is very well maintained, quiet, peaceful, lively. Would love to come again

We love the place and the view and the surroundings! The only bad thing is the location, it is far located from Qing Cheng and even the driver complain the location is way to far(we have to pay additional 200rmb each time back and forth from the hotel). It’s quite scary along the way when we travel back to hotel after dinner. The breakfast concept is new and special.

Amazing hotel in the hearth of Qincheng mountain. The staff was amazing, very helpful and kind and even though they did not speak English there was absolutely no problem communicating. Both dinner and breakfast were fantastic, as was the room, very spacious and clean. The surroundings are amazing and make you feel a world away even though you are only 1 hour from chengdu. The road to reach it’s sometimes narrow but nothing impossible to handle. It’s a bit hard to find a didi to get back to town so it’s better to plan in advance! :)

Location is fantastic and the room comes with hot spring bathtub. Very good for muscle relaxation after a long walk at QingCheng Mountain. Recommended for both families and solo traveler.

Perfect and beautiful room ever stay.. kids really enjoy the room with private slide n nice room to watch movie.. have a private hot spring to relax.. amazing room design.. can be improve if they able to provide transportation in out as quite far from hotel.. the rest was excellent.

This is one of the best hot spring hotels I have ever stayed in. Whether it is the environment, service, room supplies, hygiene, etc., it is almost impeccable and I am really satisfied.

After climbing the Qingcheng Mountain, we stayed at night. The location is very remote and deep in the mountains. The last section of the road is so narrow that you can't miss the car. But when you arrive at the B&B, you will see the exquisite Japanese garden scenery. It is really exquisite and has many details. It seems that the owner has learned the true scriptures. After entering the room, I feel fresh. The decoration is simple and close to nature. The toiletries are from Pola. There is also a midnight snack in the evening. Eat and drink enough and then take a bath. It's so comfortable!

Really very satisfied! The courtyard design is very beautiful, with a well-arranged layout. It feels like living in a painting. I didn't expect the food in the mountains to be so good. It was delicious. The meals were regular and the air was fresh for the past two days. It really relaxed me. The children liked the room so much that they were reluctant to check out and kept complaining about why they only stayed for one night. . The room was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. The way up the mountain is a bit long, so I took an online taxi right after getting off the plane.

The hotel environment is so surprising, Japanese-style homestay, natural oxygen bar, decisively gave up climbing the back mountain of Qingcheng the next day, there are many teahouses, unlimited mountain spring water, suitable for a quiet stay for a few days, and the photos are very good

Booked for a friend, who said it was great, with butler service, floor heating, midnight snacks and sweet water, waking up to the chirping of insects and birds every day! Parking is easy. My friend said he must give it a full score!
