Front desks were very friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Smart bidet and Dyson hairdryer. Breakfast could have included yogurt but overall is sufficient.

The hotel is nicely located and the staff is very friendly. There was an English speaking staff member who was available at all times and helped us with every need. She also made great recommendations for day trips and was very kind and friendly.
The rooms were nice, though not that well thought through but it is nice for a short stay.

整體：酒店挺不錯的
特點：私湯很是舒服，住了兩天，爬完山泡泡澡很棒
環境：出門就是居民生活區 還有夜市
孩子褲子濕了直接夜市買了個小漢服
住的5樓出門就有個熊貓腦袋 很可愛
人員：服務人員都很禮貌 很年輕化
小吃：出門口也是一堆 有的燒烤是炸之後烤 味道也挺不錯的 早餐樣式沒那麼多麪條挺好吃的 外賣的家常菜也可以 這個綠色的筍很好吃 家那麪買了都不會做 回家我也試試這麼做

是一家按照五星設施配備的酒店。
剛一到酒店辦理入住，心裏有些不爽，感覺前台既不專業，也不熱情，尤其還到處散發著油煙味。
可是，對這家酒店的印象隨着時間的推移，開始轉變。
酒店的用品，尤其是床品，及其舒適。
我們辦入住的前台應該是其中最不會笑的，其他服務人員都及其熱情，笑容甜美。
在酒店住的兩天，我們有兩次在外面點餐，在酒店餐廳吃，服務人員一點沒有嫌棄，還熱情的端茶送水，吃完，讓我們不用動，她們來收拾，讓人温暖。
這是一家靠硬件和服務取勝的酒店，但是應該還沒有做到連鎖，在標準化方面還有很大的提升空間！

一次非常滿好的住宿體驗。入住時免費升級到了私湯房，到的比較晚，前台美女還把甜湯一起送到房間，特別貼心！每天爬山回來泡個湯，不要太舒服哦～總之從服務、早餐到細節都可圈可點，如果來青城山值得推薦👌
