The check-in experience was very good. The butler service is particularly considerate and meticulous. I booked a hot spring room with my children, which saved me a lot of worry and effort and made me happy. It is also very convenient to go to surrounding attractions. Come again next time!

I really hate that the hot springs are not separated by gender. We three girls were having a great time, but a middle-aged man in another pool came to bathe in our place, which we felt was very **. And when we returned to the room, there was no one at the front desk. I think we didn't achieve the purpose of booking this hotel. It was really a bit ** for men and women to bathe together. The bathrobes we received were dirty and had blood or something on them (the hotel said it was rust). The breakfast didn't have many categories and was very average (it was better to just eat breakfast outside). This hotel experience was extremely bad, a bad review, not recommended. The price was very inconsistent with the experience. I told the housekeeper, and he only said that he hoped we would go to see their changes next time. I was really speechless.
