Our keys didn’t work properly. We had to have them rest at least once a day. We felt like we couldn’t leave the room unless we were together because our door key never worked on the first , second or third attempt. So if the other person was t there with their key u couldn’t get in. And it was never the same key. Not sure if it was an issue with the reader or the key but it was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Even the housekeeping staff tried to help once . Took 8 tries for her to get the door open to let me in. Won’t stay here again.

Very excellent experience. The staff were cool, the room was super clean and in perfect condition. Well located. Ive definitely spent more for less, and would have even been satsified with the somewhat lower quality stay I had anticipated.

Like near stores, breakfast, confort bed,Elevator.
Shower not safe, did not offer hair conditioning and we did not know. Shower water pressure awful.Room dirty carpet.

The room was dirty, the bed linen looked as if it had not been changed, slept on. When called the front desk about the room being dirty he came to look and stated they would come tomorrow whoch was not helping for the stay i paid for and i would checking out in the morning. I should receive a refund.

I had to call front desk because there were loud noises on the wall and like scathing noises, loud ones. Woke us all up. Could not sleep at all.

The room was clean and in good condition.
I thought we paid for a queen bed but we received a double at the largest. The bed was very squeaky.

The rug in the room not too clean, there was no water pressure in the shower and the hairdryer didn’t work, on the other hand, the bed was comfortable.
