Wingate by Wyndham Uniontown

The room was fine. We came to town for Easter Sunday Church Service. It was myself, my fiance and our child. We did ask for a room for three people, two adults one toddler. I believe we even paid extra but it did not have the pullout bed as it should have and the female who checked us in was very rude and disrespectful. I did not understand what she was saying when telling me she needed a card on file. I have never had to provide one when I was checking in after booking with our site. I work with the public and I will tell you that no matter what the case may be I couldn’t and wouldn’t speak to someone paying for my companies service the way that she did. We need to do better today when it comes to how we treat our customers. They are what keeps our doors opening. Please rectify this or take them off your site. No one wants to spend money and be treated wrongfully.

They were remodeling hot water didn’t work right hallway had debris. They did have a good breakfast. Checking in and out was easy.

The hallway carpets need replaced but other than that it was clean and staff was friendly

Dirty smelt like piss everyone was drinking everywhere parties in the parking lot

We arrived at 3:45 only to find elevator is broken and we couldn’t stay! Hopefully I get reimbursed

The manager here was very nice, the place was mostly clean, and the breakfast was alright, (except the expired yogurt). The only real problem we had was mold in the coffee maker and the fridge wasn’t plugged in.

I liked the location as it was close to many food options and shopping. The free breakfast was better than expected. The property needs updating, as the hallway carpet was stained (spilled bleach). In my room the sink was cracked

Very convenient for access to the Stone House (our Thanksgiving Dinner destination) and to Republic PA for our after dinner visit with family and friends. Very clean; comfortable furnishings. canheartily recommend this hotel.

Very nice staff; room was so clean that I left a gratuity and a note of appreciation. Didn't like the smell of the cleaning products, but opening a window fixed that!
