The location is excellent, not far from famous attractions. There are all kinds of fast food chains nearby, such as Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonald's, and Starbucks. The hotel has been renovated, the rooms are clean and tidy, the space is large enough, and parking is convenient. It is recommended to live on the first floor because there is no elevator.

The hotel is very distinctive, with an old Scottish-style building. The parking lot at the back is a little small, but our Toyota Fortuner can be parked smoothly if we are careful. The guy at the front desk can communicate in simple Chinese. He was very enthusiastic to help us guide the parking and carry the luggage to the second floor. Although it is facing the street, it is not very noisy at night. There are heaters and electric blankets in winter, so it doesn't feel cold. As an experience of traveling, I recommend this hotel.

A very retro boutique hotel with large rooms suitable for family travel. It is very close to the Botanical Gardens and Otago University, and can be reached on foot. There is a stove in the room, but you need to go to the laundry room on the stairwell to do the laundry.
