房間極其不乾淨，衞生狀況極其糟糕，酒店態度也成問題。我們入住當晚沒有仔細檢查，第二天一早起床才發現床邊與牀頭櫃縫隙間居然有一個用過的計生用品，噁心得要吐。臨走前向前台反映，前台也只是推諉説要確認，最後是我第二天追着打電話才給出來我提供我家的家庭住址，酒店方給我寄些小禮品的解決方案。？？？這是能接受的方案？家庭住址是能給你們的？最後是攜程官方跟酒店協商未果，單方面對我進行了賠償。

去張掖玩路過酒泉，從攜程點評看不錯，就選擇這個酒店住了一晚，真的很好，房間很乾凈，前台服務特好，早餐也可以，停車場大，對自駕游來説，很方便，值得推薦

敦煌酒店的價格在暑假中迎來了井噴，這個酒店平時最多200，但是是五百多，酒店比較新，停車方便，但是還需要改進，一方面離敦煌夜市比較遠，另一方面，我們下午三點多到的，還沒有收拾出來房子，而且鳴沙山下來都十一點多了，十二點盡然沒有熱水洗澡了，服務意識還是要加強，其他都還行。
