The facilities are brand new, and the overall design is very creative, blending desert aesthetics with a comfortable, 'staycation' vibe. Upon entering, a unique aroma greets you, instantly calming you down from the fast pace of city life. In the evening, we asked the butler to light a bonfire for us, which really brought out the exotic desert atmosphere. We originally wanted to try their desert dinner, but the timing wasn't right this trip. We'll definitely come back for it next time! Still, ordering some food to enjoy in our room was a lovely experience. The breakfast options were a bit limited though. The butler added me on WeChat about a week in advance and was very meticulous in answering all my questions and even recommended some great local food. Their bar is quite unique, having collaborated with Guangzhou's Temple Bar, which is a nice touch. It's a great place for photos, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

Among the 'Three Nobles of Dunhuang', I chose Biyue, and I think I made the right choice! Everything, from the room design to the dining facilities and various activities, was remarkable. The Thousand Lantern Ceremony was very atmospheric, strolling through the vineyard in the evening, and chatting in the courtyard at night was incredibly relaxing and pleasant. Although the breakfast selection wasn't vast, it was exquisite and delicious. The complimentary afternoon tea was perfectly balanced between sweet and savory, and very refreshing. The Mirage Bar even has a hidden constellation cocktail menu; I tried the 'Huashan Road 630', the owner's favorite, which was quite unique. My only regret was not being able to go on the desert picnic due to a sandstorm that day. A special thank you to our butler, Sweet, who lived up to her name by meticulously arranging all our activities and checking in on us throughout our stay. Also, Kitty from the restaurant and Kenny (I hope I got the name right!) from the bar were both incredibly nice. Overall, the hotel staff were all very well-trained. I even took home a bottle of their aromatherapy oil, bringing the hotel's scent and memories with me. I will definitely be back!

This hotel is absolutely stunning, with impeccable design taste. Every corner offers a picturesque view, clearly showing the meticulous attention to detail. There are so many areas worth exploring. The service is exceptional, and the staff training is incredibly thorough. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and observed so many commendable details. Firstly, before check-in, my butler, Sweet, contacted me via WeChat. She proactively informed me about hotel activities and even upgraded my room. True to her name, she made my entire 3-day stay feel incredibly warm and delightful. Upon arrival, a group of staff greeted us at the welcome area, eagerly helping with luggage and offering a very warm welcome. From the staff who lights the bonfire in the courtyard daily to the kind lady at the restaurant and the afternoon tea servers – everyone's training is truly top-notch. A special thanks also goes to Xiao Cai from the welcome area, who helped us clean our car, bustling about. Although Dunhuang is quite dusty, and another layer of sand settled the next day, the entire process was very amusing. The hotel also pays great attention to many fine details, such as the different turndown gifts each day, all custom-made by the hotel. Their operational execution is truly outstanding.

I booked my flight and hotel on a whim, without any planning. But ever since Luke, the hotel concierge, added me on WeChat, I didn't have to think about a single thing. He arranged everything perfectly, from airport pickup to dinner recommendations, our entire itinerary, and even the airport drop-off. cleanliness was top-notch, and the attention to detail was impressive. (For example, even during peak season, new towels were properly laundered and didn't leave lint all over you). The service was exceptional, they anticipated our needs before we even thought of them. The hotel's location and surroundings are very reminiscent of Cappadocia. Seriously, just come, you won't regret it. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Dunhuang!!! The hotel's picnic experience was amazing, we had a whole section of the desert to ourselves to drink, watch the sunset, and stargaze. Highly recommend!!!

Among the three top hotels in Dunhuang – Dongyi, Biyue, and Ganman Wenhua – we opted for Biyue, which is a bit more secluded and has fewer rooms. I messaged our butler, Flora, on WeChat beforehand. She was super friendly and enthusiastic, helping us arrange an airport pickup and offering all sorts of assistance during our stay. The hotel is quite elegant, and the small private courtyard in our room was a delightful surprise; we even had a bonfire one evening, which created a wonderful ambiance. Upon arrival, we received a beach bag welcome gift, which included a bottle of grape juice, fresh fruit, and various dried fruits and snacks. The complimentary minibar also had two large bottles of San Pellegrino sparkling water. In the evenings, they provided a 'goodnight tea' service and a small gift, and we even received a parting gift when we checked out. The only minor issue was that the buttons on the bedside control panel and the bathroom panel weren't very responsive and often required multiple presses – they definitely need some maintenance. Overall, it's a great hotel, and I'd be happy to stay there again if I get the chance.

I really want to leave a glowing review for my stay at the Biyue Hotel during my trip to Dunhuang. I've traveled extensively and stayed in many five-star hotels, but this is truly the most meticulous and warm service I've ever experienced. From check-in to check-out, every detail was perfect. There was no over-the-top enthusiasm, yet help always appeared exactly when needed, making the entire trip incredibly reassuring and comfortable. What touched me most was on our first day, when my companion had an asthma attack during a desert picnic. Our butler, Xiangxiang, immediately helped us contact someone and acquire medication. The camel-shaped mini bag given at check-in was also adorable. I carried it throughout my entire Dunhuang trip, and it's become one of my favorite souvenirs from this journey. The nightly 'goodnight tea' delivered to the room made returning after a long day feel like I was being cared for. On the second night, I returned to find a commemorative Mogaoku Grottoes postcard by the bed – these small surprises infused with local culture are truly heartwarming. At check-out, the hotel also gave us a zodiac refrigerator magnet, bringing a lovely end to the trip. A truly excellent hotel isn't just about luxurious amenities; it's about making guests feel genuinely valued. Biyue Hotel achieved this and far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dunhuang and won't hesitate to recommend it to all my friends.

Objectively speaking, the Oasis Twin Room, considering its hardware and size, is severely overpriced at nearly 5,000 per night. The breakfast is thoughtfully prepared, but for this price point, it feels too simple and has significant room for improvement in quality. However, I must commend the butler service, especially Luke. From check-in to check-out, every aspect was meticulous, thoughtful, and warm, which significantly enhanced our stay. The hotel's public areas, particularly the rooftop garden, are beautiful for stargazing at night. The welcome amenities were also a nice touch.

Service: Upon check-in, I received a beach bag and souvenirs, along with fresh fruit and snacks. Every evening when I returned to my room late, there would be a small gift on the bed, and a thermos cup filled with warm 'goodnight' tea, which was very considerate.
