西北首家SLH酒店，可謂處處有設計，時時有風景。環境很安靜，適合發呆、看書、擼狗，阿黃真的好乖。這裏的服務也很不錯，管家Luke提前細緻溝通需求，給了我們很大的驚喜，特別感謝；還有餐廳的小姐姐熱情周到給我們拍照、拿東西；連門僮帥哥也很周到，看我們外出回來就趕忙上來迎接，還幫我們留意阿黃的動態，讓我們和狗狗親密接觸。整體非常滿意，唯一的不足就是淋浴房的設計需要改進，有個小台階，稍不留神就容易踢到或踩空。

ㄧ直想來住住在敦煌酒店天花板
管家luke及門崗小殷，服務非常到位
每週六有煙花、可惜我們錯過了
但小殷帶我們去點了蠟燭，讓我們感覺到很興奮～
除了餐點或許可以在更好外
走在碧玥裏就像是這座豪宅的主人般輕鬆
愉快～
房間是淡淡的顏色、但外面的葡萄園
天空的藍天.很有戲的白雲，遠處的沙漠
讓人感覺到無比放鬆～～

最後一天，高鐵票太早，而且時間很長，管家Luke幫忙叫餐廳'7點15分幫忙準備好早餐！還幫我寄東西！特別感謝Luke!感覺酒店的那個入住送的袋子應該可以自己買，挺有特色的！對比沙漠星星酒店，我感覺碧玥酒店開始的服務不錯，有提醒服務，但是過程沒有星星酒店好，比如晚餐不可以預點，畢竟有按金，可以讓顧客承擔不到的後果，怕影響質量，可以確定回來的時間！不至於吃晚餐等2小時菜都沒上齊！感覺是體系問題，不是管家責任！但是對比外面的吃的，倒是挺精緻的！還有多要一個入住袋子也不行，我不知道多少錢一個，感覺不能多要，要能買才行！管家'為我爭取了一個，酒店住四天，最後一天不肯給，也不可以買'！感覺有點不爽！説那麼多，還是覺得管家挺好，是制度有一些不合理！

設施：敦煌當地最好的酒店之一，相比較其他大酒店，碧玥很好的詮釋了小而精的理念，朗朗、Angelababy等很多明星都住過。
環境：酒店內部很多文物，不愧是開在敦煌古城的酒店，初次進入，就給人強烈的歷史感。
服務：管家luke提前近1個月就主動聯繫安排行程，給的建議確實極大提升了我們的遊玩體驗。特別是還在休息時間，幫我們去排隊敦煌最火的尕六羊肉，讓我們本次旅行完全沒有遺憾。

配不上每晚5000的價格
如圖所示，酒店就在村子裏麪，私密性特別差，最邊上的露台房正對着村裡的土路
停車位很少，達到時門口連個門僮都沒有
酒店非常小，雖然大堂很漂亮，但房間裏基本就是商務酒店
餐廳上菜特別慢。
真的是衹適合人傻錢多。

到酒店門口沒人接待，衹有一衹流浪狗在睡覺，感覺和想象當中的隱世奢華酒店相差太遠。前台美女服務生還是不錯，幫忙升級了房間住的也很滿意。酒店安排的課程和摘葡萄活動也很有趣，不錯的體驗一定送的伴手禮也很有紀念意義。酒店環境太一般了，比東驛還是差多了。早餐是否因住的客人不多，品種不豐富，質量也一般，如提供的麪包是外面普通的切片麪包，而不是酒店自製的麪包，和這酒店的檔次，好像有點不匹配。

在酒店住了兩晚，思考🤔良久，還是給予最真實評價。
首先，酒店地理位置遠，叫不到外賣，衹有開車出去吃飯
其次，住過那麼多民宿，第一從入住到離店都沒見過管家luke，因為管家一直在上夜班🤦🏻♀️
從入住酒店開始，到房間裏才發現不是我要預訂的房型，並沒有提前告知。因為有小朋友，我專門訂的親子房，但是入住以後才發現是套房，衹有再喊管家通知前台加床。
其次，我最不滿意的一點是退房。之前看了攜程的評論，説入住的客人都會送駱駝包，管家luke也説會送給我們一個，小朋友一直其實很期待，結果直到我們辦理離店手續，才給我們一個行李牌，我們也不想讓小朋友失望，找前台要了才給一個，讓我感覺非常不好。
怎麼説呢？碧玥夜景很美也很安靜私密，但是整體服務需要加強。有望改進吧！

敦煌是一扇通往神祕世界的大門。碧玥不便宜，但我願意為沙漠中絕世獨立的美麗建築買單。也願意為酒店門口那片碧綠的葡萄園買單，更向往在一年中白日最長的一天能爬上山頂看一片孤城萬仞山。酒店的建築極美，就是想象中沙漠酒店的樣子。但我實在太忙了 白天壓根兒沒回過房間，晚上也玩到半夜。以至於直到最後退房才發現房間空調不給力啊！希望早點改善！
