The room was not very clean, and the quilt was covered with cotton dust whenever I moved it. There were railroad tracks outside the room, and I would be woken up by the rumbling sound of the railroad tracks every day.

Das me and all in Oberkassel authorisiert gern vor, belässt auch nach Abrechung die Vorauthorisierungen gern sehr lange auf Karte (und blockt damit das Geld auf dem Konto) und die Rechnungen sind leider auch immer wieder schlicht falsch. Wer dort übernachten will, sollte gut und schnell rechnen können

The hotel has a good location - and close to our office in Dusseldorf. There are good dining options nearby and you can get to the center and shopping relatively quickly. The hotel also has free drinks in the room and the breakfast is also generally of a good standard

Very nice staff, informal and always open and positive. If the check inn is difficult because many visitors come at the same time, you get a coffee, soda or a beer to shorten the waiting time. Very recommendable hotel, mainly because of the staff.
