Hotel is good but the location is not very good. I would recommend this to people who are looking for better price.

If the wind from the Gaziabad dumpyard is blowing towards you, then entering or existing the hotel is a bad bad experience! Once inside the smell is not an issue. Rest all is good, clean tidy room. Another issue, outside food not allowed.

Where do I start. Firstly, this should not be designated as a 4-star hotel. It is far from that. If it had called itself a 3-star I would probably be more forgiving for some of the problems I faced. To start off, the AC did not work in my room and it took over an hour and several calls (at one point had to let it ring for about 10 minutes to get an answer) to get someone to come look at the AC and it still didn’t get repaired. The room was 77-78 degrees all night, so I wasn’t able to sleep very well. Also the pillows are among the lowest quality I’ve ever seen at a radisson property. Very underwhelming. Then to make things a bit worse there was no hot water! While the water pressure was good, the lack of hot water is unforgivable in a 4-star property. Also, no toilet paper in the room, no shaving kit, no slippers. The food arrived fairly quickly and tasted ok, but the price was almost double what I was paying at a 5-star recently. I paid over 1,100 INR for chicken wala (no bread or rice) and a soda. Again, very underlweming. WiFi also was hit-or-miss, only worked late late at night. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Didn’t get good sleep, couldn’t take a nice shower, and had to deal with a humid room. Not a good experience. Also, notice how filthy the sofa in reception is. That should’ve been my warning.

Really loved the services! Kumkum went back and beyond to provide exceptional guest experience!! Really enjoyed the breakfast and the stay!! The food is delicious, specially the Dosa! The would love to visit again soon! Would definitely recommend to visit The Park In!

I have choose park in radisson over Fraser the services are really good option for English breakfast for less but Priyadarshini try to make it available however we were less with time however it’s good overall amenities are on the top rest services are good.

The room were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff Priyadarshini were very attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nice hospitality Kumkum is a sincere waitress and her manager Mr Mohit is also very nice person and I would like to mention the chef Rahul name because the food is very tasty and delicious 😋 Staff is nice Food is nice Clean hotel ...............
