This room was cancelled and they still took my money and hotel manager lied to trips and said I checked in

The room is clean. I wish they will put bottles of water in the refrigerator. Noisy after midnight. People bang on their door too loud. Elevator was dirty with plastic cups when I checked in.

The fridge froze all the food we put in it. The water in the tub/shower was freezing and didn't warm up, even after 10 minutes.

Hotel is old. Walls are very thin. Noisy people in the hallway at 3:00 in the morning. Food was bland. Someone smoking pot in the elevator when we got in it. Would not recommend. One thing was great - the bed. Very comfortable.

It was fine. Nothing fancy. Just decent pricing and a clean room . Quiet. Breakfast was Ok. Eggs not very good, think its a powder mix, but they have decent variety of cereals and breads for toast. But for the price, clean rooms and location it's a good place to stay.

Awful is the way to sum up our stay, we came into town for a last min trip due to a death in thr family and the tiolet was running the bathroom tiles were wet. The tv remote was missing, the bed spreads and comforter were all dirty. The fridge didnt work. We asked for a new room. We finally felt comfortable then the sheets were dirty again my husband went downstairs to ask for a new one and the person behind the desk gave him brand new ones and those were worse than the ones in the room, at this poiny i think they should throw everything away and start fresh. Would never recommend this place.especially if you have little ones. I feel its unsanitary for them.

Rooms in 4 fl are new and lobely. Rooms on 2nd. Floor are old and dirty. I will not use those if there is a next time.

There was hair in the bathroom and in between the sheets and towels. Something brown in the corners of the room and fitted sheet kept coming off.

Hallway and room smell smoke , people smoking in other room, and filter to our room

Last night there we were up all night with people in the hallway screaming and yelling profanities and fighting. Our truck was broken into window smashed and so we’re other vehicles in the parking lot , no one seemed surprised , local police stated that it is an ongoing issue in the area and at this hotel .

The room was not as clean as it should have been. There was dust/residue on surfaces. The bathroom sink stayed clogged and took hours to fully drain. The employee on duty at the front desk Friday night and Saturday night was not personable or friendly at all. The other employees at the front desk during the day were very pleasant and courteous.

The wall had a hole in it, the carpet needed to be vacuum, there was gum on the bed frame, no mat in the bathroom so if you take a shower the floor is gonna be wet and the outside of the building is way better than the inside

Everything was fine and the hallway was so quiet and clean. Will definitely gonna come back
