The location is good, not far from the lake and Cornell University. There don't seem to be many African-Americans nearby. It feels relatively safe, and it's convenient to eat. Yes, the staff service can’t be said to be very good, but it’s okay, because you don’t need to check in directly with the prepaid credit card and deposit. I accidentally lost the room card (I found it later) and got another one without saying a word. Parking is also very convenient. The biggest downside is breakfast, which is basically nothing, cereal/milk/coffee/three flavors of muffin/yogurt/apple, and instant noodles? It's really the simplest breakfast I've ever eaten. If you enjoy staying at a hotel that has people living there and not actual hotel guests, then by all means, have at it. This property must house people placed there by the state. Saw a women passed out with her head in the trash can plus the constant smell of **** and urine! It was the most disgusting places I’ve ever stayed. Stay away and go somewhere else! I should have known about this place when I pulled up and a Sheriff’s car was in the front! You’re better off sleeping in your car!

Rob was amazing but even still, the TV was stuck on one channel although Rob attempted different remotes, money of them worked.

Pleasant helpful staff. Clean, safe, good location. Plenty of conveniences. Their snowplow guy stays on top of the snow. Only negative is the tv requires two remotes to operate.

This hotel is very basic, with minimal but all necessary amenities. However, the property is very well maintained. Internet was easy to set up, worked very well. The hotel is also very conveniently located. Price is not high, so this hotel offers excellent value for money.

Room was not ready as requested. Hotel did not have note of earlier request for a rollaway. First room provided was filthy; lamps broken, television remotes broken. Hallways reeked of **** even though there were no smoking signs everywhere.
