The room was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated, which was a positive aspect of our stay. However, the shower water pressure was quite weak, which affected the overall comfort and experience. While the hotel has some good qualities, there are still areas that need improvement before it can truly meet the standards expected of a five-star property. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but I believe the hotel can do better to deliver a genuine five-star experience.

They didn't clean the room, and even after I asked them to before I left, it still wasn't cleaned. They told me they forgot. The 'Pacific' they mentioned is just a street, you can definitely find better places. The staff's apology felt very insincere and half-hearted. Also, the floor was so slippery that someone got cut by a broken glass.

Overall this hotel is good and location is convenient too which can easily get connected to perth city through public transport. Room is quite big and comfortable too. Satisfied with total 9 nights staying in this hotel and would recommend others for this hotel too.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and it's been very comfortable every time. The front desk and staff are always so warm and polite. There's a water dispenser downstairs, which is really convenient, and the hotel is close to all the main attractions. They also provide slippers.

Accomodation in Pan Pacific is wonderful. The hotel locates in central Perth, which is in the vicinity of CBD. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room itself is a little bit small but facilities are good. Beds are comfortable and the environment is peaceful. Will definitely choose to stay at Pan Pacific again.

The location is excellent, right next to Swan Lake walking trail, and there are many great restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast is also very good, with different options every day, making it a solid choice for business travel. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom sink is too high, which is really inconvenient for shorter people.
