It rained for the last two days and the power went out. No one cleaned the room. The service was very slow and the facilities were unusable.

This was a business trip. My wife and I chose this hotel because of its proximity to my work commitments. My wife relaxed in the hotel. We have nothing to complain about only compliments. The service staff s exceptional, the staff are superb and very welcoming and friendly. We indicated to the restaurant staff that while their menu was excellent we were missing ‘home food’. The chef went out of his way to prepare a feast for us with roti, an assortment of curries and pickles, dhall and rice. It was superb. While we have noted the names of some of the staff, those who we have not mentioned by name are also acknowledged. Surekha took great care of us at breakfast. Steven, the operations manager, Alan, the restaurant manager, the executive chef and his team all went above and beyond for us. Thank you. The meals are generally very good, on the terrace and in the restaurant. The front dest is attentive and responsive. We never had to wait more than a few minutes for any room service request to be fulfilled. If you have business in this part of Mauritius, you cannot go wrong with this hotel.

I didn’t stay at the hotel but used its catering service for an event. Great food options and hospitality. Special thanks to Diksha Bharti for her superb handling of our catering needs. The food was varied and tasty, offering a good selection of Mauritius’ delicacies.

Excellent service and helped us to complete the event in a smooth and successful manner. This is our 3rd event in 2 years. Also our guests stayed in the groups properties.

What an enjoyable experience, from the friendly staff to the impeccable comfort of the beds. I was equally surprised that the food options were delicious, well thought out and extremely creative. Another thing I loved was the indoor library which i managed to purchase two books from, in my opinion this is such an elite place to experience to be hold. Megan from the front office was lovely, kind and helpful in ensuring we received the best possible service, plus show casing the amenities.
