"The room was quite old-fashioned; I had to turn each light on and off individually. It felt like a renovation from twenty years ago. The lighting was also poor. A hotel costing over 3000 a night definitely needs a refresh! The food was very mediocre, with very few options for breakfast. There were many staff, but the dinner dress code felt out of sync with modern lifestyles. If it weren't for the complimentary golf, I probably wouldn't go back."

"I gave it four stars because it has a free child care center called The Nest. The hotel is very new, very close to the airport but far from the market. It usually takes more than 20 minutes to go out to eat. The beach is great, as is the pool. The gym also has yoga and tai chi classes. Breakfast is not very to our Asian taste~"

"First of all...what you see on the pictures is not the same....very poor quality on the services...one person running the reception and bar area and one waiter serving the food for all meals who has a bad attitude and zero skills in the line of work employed to do...waiting for long periods to have your meal served while busy serving others drinks from bar outside...the rooms are not as what is shown on images instead you get a bachelor like room with a double bed no table or chairs to sit on. Even to clean the room we managed to fix our schedule to be out the room before 10h in the morning so that they can clean it but even this we arrived in the room at 15h15 and was still the same as we left it with the explanation that they were thinking we left the hotel like our last day which was not,the whole day from 10 o'clock till 15h 15 they didn't even check if we here or not."

The staff were very attentive, caring, and incredibly kind. A huge thank you to Emilie for her advice and availability. Thank you to the chef for the delicious seafood platter we enjoyed; it was an unforgettable experience. Regarding the spa, where we had a couples massage with a bath, thank you to Sweta and Léanne for their professionalism and the quality of their work. I also had a manicure with semi-permanent polish applied by Léanne, and her work was fantastic! 👍🏻 Thank you to Dana, the spa manager, for her kindness. Cleaning is done twice a day, the hotel is in a quiet location, has a very comfortable private beach, and the grounds are green. The rooms are a little tired, but overall, everything is great, thank you! 🙏"
