The Price was good and the room was clean however one of the issues we had was it was a suite with a kitchen full size fridge and a small cook top however no where to be able to really sit and eat in the room. I had asked at one point for dishwasher tabs to be able to run the dishwasher before we checked out and was told they were on backorder.

Always a pleasure to stay here. The front desk personnel are great and always willing to help.

The hotel staff were helpful for the most part. The hotel itself is in need of maintenance. Shower head was disinegrating. Shower had mildew. Saw 2 bed bugs during stay. Breakfast was not my favorite with refried beans every day but 3 when they had sausage with the eggs

We booked a king size bed and they down graded me to a double because they over booked. How was that my fault we booked since Monday

I was charged a deposit that was not refunded, the room was gross and the service was bad.

Still trying to cure from the bed bug bites. The room was humid with a damp smell on the carpet and sofa. I got their late and just needed to rest, I would keep away and pay a little extra, even if it’s for one night.

The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. The breakfast was ok. Unfortunately, when you walk in there is funky smell. The first room was extremely humid and the sticky environment made it difficult to sleep. The carpet was damp and sticky. The worst part was the bathroom, which had a clogged sink and filthy toilet. We asked for a second room which was not humid but had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom had a spider web and what looked like mold. Again the staff was very polite and nice, however, the environment was not great.

Room needs work. AC wasn't working properly . Signs of mold on AC unit. Room curtains were dirty.

it was ok for the price. safety latch was no good and the lamp kept flickering ...had a moldy smell. but i could not change since it was last minute.
