Terrible was kept awake all night with people below us tv on full blast till 4am shouting and smoking ********. Reported at reception but didn’t recieved an apology

Very friendly staff, the room was big enough for a couple, very comfortable and worm room. Everything makes you feel like home. The breakfast options is pretty much English breakfast, toasties, and yogurt. Could have more options, but for the price very decent and helpful staff. Definitely I would come back.

Nice clean hotel with spa area ( sauna and steam) plus swimming pool. Also nice restaurant and bar downstairs. Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast was nice.Hotel is near hotel is Morison shop. Great location ( near sea).Definitely came back.

The location is relatively remote, but Edinburgh is not that big and you can get around on foot. It is a very cost-effective hotel with very new facilities. You can consider continuing to stay at this hotel.
