While the hotel was very unique and fun, I found the rooms to be very small. If traveling with more than 2 small carry ons you’ll find the classic room very small. The bathroom is also small with the shower water going everywhere, which doesn’t drain quickly. This makes using the toilet a bit dangerous. The room had 1 AC vent, which caused a hot shower to steam up the room for 30 mins.

Staff service was top notch I can not stress that enough. The individuals on the team were fantastic. On the other hand everything else failed to meet expectations. Mattress was probably one of the worst I've ever slept on in a hotel, didn't get much sleep. Pillows far too large and there was no multiple sizes in the room. The room was tiny, far too overpriced, the bathroom was the same size as the living space and I would rather have a smaller bathroom with larger living space. For £300 a night it's not worth it, not at all.

The staff were great and the location is superb. But our room was tiny ( impossible to lay out our suitcases) , dark and claustrophobic. Even with air conditioning our room was too warm . Unfortunately I don't feel I could recommend this hotel , despite the amazing location.

The whole experience was opulent and pure decadence from start to finish. We had booked one of their experiences and they did not disappoint. Prosecco on arrival. It was my husband’s 60th birthday. There were gold balloons, rose petals and chocolates on the bed and even a birthday card for him. Delicious mocktails served in the stunning Cocktail lounge. We had pizza delivered to our room, eaten from a four poster bed. At midnight a sweet feast was served of cookies, popcorn, sweets and ice cold milk. The room was beautiful, not huge but perfect for what we needed for the night. Breakfast served in bed, absolutely delicious. If you are looking for something different and want to feel like you are getting spoiled or pampering someone then this is the perfect place to stay.

Definitely an experience, staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and unique. Somewhere worth looking at if you are doing something special or just want to treat yourselves. The big question is would I stay again, definitely without a shadow of a doubt. Try it, you might it's just what you want.

Simply the most stunning luxurious hotel. Nothing is too much for the staff and they are always happy to accommodate any requests. This is an experience hotel, the rooms are dark and moody 24/7 which I don't think some people realise. We always book a Classic room as the Cabin room beds are against a wall which doesn't suit us. Can't wait to try a suite one day! The best hotel for romantic getaway, total luxury and perfect for a night in, cocktails are brought straight to you and the staff had no issue bringing up food we ordered. Staff are always friendly and happy to help.

Dark and moody to the right degree. It’s a fun stay! It was clean and tidy, and staff were friendly. It was very simple to contact them for any requests we had. We got the addition of a breakfast hamper which hit the spot in the morning - the bagels were tasty 👌

I booked as a gift for my wife's 30th as it's been somewhere she has wanted to go for months. We was both really excited for the stay. We got the 'treat me like I'm famous' packaged and upgraded to the suite. The staff was polite and very helpful, the room was gorgeous, the decor throughout the hotel is right up our street! The extras was a nice little touch, milk and cookies, morning bagels. But If I'm honest the whole experience was very underwhelming for the price. Features of the room didn't match the price such as, lights not working, toilet isn't fully decorated, complimentary toiletries basic and the mini fridge isn't cool which means all the drinks are warm.

The staff were friendly and very unique vibe. The room was a cabin- so windowless- I was worried about claustrophobia and it being dim but the decor and lighting had me settled in. The bedtime milk and cookie (it’s huge) was a nice touch. I had a few points to raise though- the concept of Prosecco on arrival is delightful, but when I said I was drinking there was no offer/ availability of a non alcoholic alternative. I upgraded my stay to include a hamper breakfast- unfortunately it was stated that this is only available after 8am and I planned to check out at 0730. Again no alternative was provided or refund on my upgrade. I was advised to go to Greggs if I wanted an early breakfast. Finally I noticed the bathroom bin wasn’t changed- the previous guest (assumption) had left a ball of hair and used tissues in it, which left me wondering what else wasn’t clean. As I was checking out soon after discovering this there wasn’t much point rectifying it. Overall I honestly don’t know what to make of this. It has the potential to be a wonderful stay but mine was certainly tainted by the above.
