First time at this hotel and loved it. It is in a perfect location, central to everything for walking. The rooms are darling, each designed on a location in Europe. The bed was comfortable, staff was lovely. Will definitely be our hotel for when we stop again in Edinburgh.

One minor blip was waiting over an hour for some room service but was rectified by not charging so all ok.

Arrived early and got to check in early as the room was empty. We stayed in the Cairo room and it was excellent, one of the best rooms I have stayed in and furnishings/bathroom looked brand new. Will definitely be back and request the same room again.

We stayed in 210 (Barcelona) there was a lot of noise from the alley behind that the windows did not block out

The noise from the nightclub revellers, and the deep red decor, depressing. Will never stay again, a waste of money.
