Virgin Hotels Edinburgh

The hotel's location is excellent, right in a lively and convenient area. It's not far from the train station, and the walk there is quite scenic. The hotel's internal facilities are also good. Breakfast was standard and sufficient, but the à la carte items weren't particularly special. However, I did have dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the taste was quite good, with reasonable prices. Overall, I had a great stay and would choose this hotel again next time, though I hope the price could be a bit lower.

Fantastic hotel! Great location, excellent service, and a beautifully designed hotel where every corner is Instagrammable 😆. The bedding was super comfortable 😌. Stayed for two nights and was very satisfied overall!

Very well-designed and the staff are warm and friendly. The restaurant food is delicious.

The room was clean, though a bit small, as was the bed. Everything else was pretty good, and the pizza at the restaurant was delicious! It's conveniently located right in Diagon Alley, near Victoria Station.

Arrived at this European hostel after 6 PM, and the room wasn't ready yet. Waited until 8 PM to check in, and was sorely disappointed. It felt just like a cheap youth hostel, absolutely terrible. What's worse, the cleaning was very superficial. I had to ask them to change the sheets again. This place is rubbish, and they call themselves five-star! They pulled so many disgusting stunts and didn't offer any compensation. Unbelievable.

This is a fantastic hotel! The design is sleek and the facilities are user-friendly, truly reflecting a people-oriented approach. The staff are enthusiastic and passionate. The innovative entrance design transforms the otherwise cramped hallway into an artistic space!

Excellent service, fantastic room decor that's both aesthetic and comfortable, superb hotel facilities, and a prime location. I'd call this the best hotel in Edinburgh.
