We were traveling with dogs. We ordered deluc room. Room was clean and nice. Reception very nice and helpful. Restaurant was fantastic, and food delicious. I loved the wine we got recommended by stuff. Next day we had the best breakfast ever.

The friendliest team I have ever seen works here. You are always greeted with a big smile. The rooms are clean. They can welcome you with a little surprise at any time. The bus stop right next to the hotel is very convenient to reach the city center. Parking is free and quite large. You may want to walk or bike around the hotel.Friendly staff best ever. :)

An excellent hotel with big, clean rooms, friendliness of the staff and all the amenities you would expect. Great buffet breakfast and dinner options at the restaurant. First time I was given a digital room key and the ability to perform e-check in. Slightly off the town center, but right next to the bus terminal which take you there in 10 minutes. Has the option to rent bikes as well, which we did! This hotel is a perfect choice for Groningen.

Easy access to the city, regular buses a very short walk from the hotel. Nowhere to walk from the hotel as it is next to the motorway, but can drive or cycle. The room was spacious and clean. Shampoo and body wash provided. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Staff were very helpful and the restaurant was also very good.

Good hotel, restaurant expensive and low quality. Fries 3rd time reheated, all sauces not freshly made, carpaccio pre packaged.

Great hotel, Friendly environment, clean hotel, everything you need is available. Very easy to book online. My trip to was a one off but if I was to go again I wouldn’t hesitate in booking at the same hotel again.

The hotel and rooms are amazing, the staff were helpful and polite. I have allergies to certain food types, gluten and dairy, they couldn’t really give me a great deal to eat, the risk of cross contamination was high and I was ill after my visit

If you have your bikes, there is a trail to the city directly at the hotel. Service is very friendly, rooms spacious and clean. The breakfast includes an egg desk and many varieties. There are enough e-charger for cars available.
