I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Imbali Safari Lodge. We booked our rooms through ***********, and despite the website stating "pay later," they charged our card immediately. The real issue arose when we had to cancel our reservation due to personal reasons within the free cancellation period. We followed the proper cancellation procedure, but Imbali Safari Lodge refused to refund our money. We reached out to *********** for assistance, and they advised us to wait for 30 days. Unfortunately, even after waiting patiently, we received no refund. Desperate for answers, we contacted the hotel directly, only to be met with the same response: "Please wait for 30 more days." This endless waiting game is unacceptable. We have sent numerous emails and made multiple phone calls, but the hotel continues to brush us off with the same excuse to wait. It has been over 60 days now, and we have yet to receive any refund. It is extremely frustrating considering the high price we paid for the room and the fact that they charged us immediately without hesitation. I expected better customer service and a more efficient refund process from Imbali Safari Lodge. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone based on their poor refund policy and lack of accountability.
