The impeccable service, they offered us a room superior to our reservation and we were really surprised and delighted with the room, the breakfast buffet, it is not bad at all and we liked the place in general a lot. It is ideal for a romantic getaway or weekend with children, the location is perfect for visiting the surrounding areas or for a swim in beautiful beaches. Highly recommended.

Although the facilities are noticing the passage of time, they are a real past. The feeling that you are inside a town, with its square, its chapel... the sensation is incredible. Perhaps I would need a viewpoint where I could see the views from the cliff, but having a room with a view, it wasn't a big problem.

Arriving at the accommodation we were diverted to another structure which according to them was better. The reason is the usual computer system that created the problem, in reality they gave the room to others who had obviously booked more days. We were too tired from traveling to do ******. We were also disappointed because the location was nice and instead we spent the night in a 4-star tower block which was worth 2 or not.

It is a very nice beautifull place and the hotel are helpfull and friendly. I highly recommend it. But… because it is a location with height differences, it is less suitable for people with a physical disability.

We booked into this hotel for our son and daughter in laws wedding on the 2nd of April this year. It had been booked for a year with promises the hotel would have a full make over before the wedding. What a sorry state of repair it was in. We booked Royal Suite Two. We got taken to our Suite only to find work men working in it, they left, with the room looking like it had not been cleaned. There was sign of refurbishment like we were promised. The patio area had no sign of being cleaned. No cutlery or even a kettle in the room until we went and complained. We stayed in the same hotel last year to see if it was suitable for the wedding and had no complaints apart from the need of refurbishment which we were assured would be completed but this clearly hadn’t even been started. Breakfast was cold every morning even after complaints, wouldn’t recommend going here.

This place is a gem! The view from our room was so breathtaking, we didn't leave for a whole day. There is a mini-kitchen in the room (no oven) and we just chilled, playing cards, with the spectacular view. It looks like you had to bring your own towels to the pool, and bring headphones (no music), and drinks (no service). As long as you are prepared for the pool, you are good to go for an amazing getaway with an unbelievable view! We LOVED it!

It’s a beautiful resort very picturesque, the only problem is that there wasn’t a shop so we couldn’t buy any drinks, kettle was €20 per day, no hot drinks or water in the room, the bar service was late opening, sometimes we had to chase staff to serve us. It’s a hot place and not having a drinking service station is not safe especially for the children. It would have been a perfect 10 if the pool bar was open. One day it didn’t open until 2 but said 12 and breakfast finished at 10:30 so there’s no where to get a drink
