Booked for the night specifically to use the pool for our kids and it was shut down. We had to leave and book a new room at the Hampton. Same price and much nicer! Only got an apology but no refund.

Our trip was amazing. I'm from Elkins, and my mom used to work at this hotel when I was younger, so I know the area. The hotel was very clean, which is what I look for at a hotel. Michael (who worked the front desk) was wonderful and kind!

Well located for hiking trails, good restaurants, and friendly staff.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating with all of our needs. We actually had a very late check in,and the young lady was so kind when we asked for a room on the first floor.( the rooms were already assigned,) She pleasantly hooked us up nicely without hesitation. Are stays here are always great!

Friendly staff also an excellent complementary breakfast.

very nice stay at Elkins HI, i would return again. All that you need, swiming pool, hot tub, bbq. Like all WV, warmth and kindness. I would recomend.
