Got here late, very tired. William at desk was extremely nice. Slept well. Comfortable. Great breakfast. Very quiet all around.

Everything was great except the water pressure for both the bathroom sink and shower was VERY low. Breakfast was OK. Very good scrambled eggs, everything else was average.

They didnt have my ******* reservation. Took almost 40 minutes to check in due to the hotel having to call ******* customer service.
Upon getting to our room there was no toilet paper, no tissues, a bottle of nail polish left on the window sill, only 3 towels when there was a reservation for 4 and no shampoo container (only conditioner) on the wall in the shower.
Got the TP, tissues and towel fixed by visiting the front desk. But really odd that a room was put to "clean" with so much missing. Need better quality control checks when in the pick up state.
Breakfast was small quaint and fine.
Very nice to have complimentary lemon water, coffee, tea and hot cocoa available 24 hrs in the lobby

We were pleased with the cleanliness of the place and the room. The only issue we had was when we took a shower there was no hot water only Luke warm other than that we were pleased

Hotel staff is pleasant. Pillows are comfy. Stale smell permeates the facility - allergy alert! Tub needs a good scrub, the bottles of shampoo attached to the wall are covered in grime and the shower pressure is non existent.

This hotel was a delight , the room was gorgeous, newly finished and new bathroom . I have never spent a night in this hotel , but now I will return I travel in this direction at least eight times a year on my way to florida . The breakfast was good . It’s a must try place

Overall, our stay here was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: it was really cold at night and the heater did not work. It only blew cool air so we turned it off altogether. The toilet: oh my God! It was so low to the floor that it was very difficult to get off it. Being a senior citizen with bad knees, it was a real challenge. I would suggest this hotel invest in much taller toilets.
