來恩施兩次都是住的這家酒店，很不錯，淋浴間花灑漏水，不到5分鐘就有人來修好了，並且還免費送了點心，服務超好，早餐也豐盛，交通方便，下次還會再來！

酒店辦理入住行李車要自己推，特意定大點的房間39平米，結果進房間也衹有30平米，毛巾黑的咧嚇的不敢用，特別是小方巾黑的像煤炭。早餐差的一塌糊塗，連最起碼的煎蛋都沒有。住了2天的酒店中間連個鋪床服務都沒有，水龍頭的水小的不得了，洗一件衣服也要等半天。不知道這個酒店怎麼能被評五鑽的，這家酒店不值得推薦。

自駕旅遊訂了紫荊國際酒店，下高速過來幾分鐘就到了，在主幹道上，交通便捷，有地上和地下停車場，進出全免費，非常方便，大廳裝修的也是十分華麗，前台的美女很熱情，辦理入住也很快，房間設施很新，中央空調很給力，一次性用品很齊全，最重要的是衞生很乾凈，隔音好，很安靜晚上睡了一個好覺，早上還有免費的早餐，品種很豐富喲，很棒的一個五星酒店，以後有朋友過來會推薦入住。

長途自駕 途徑恩施 入住紫荊 家庭套房面積很大 首晚贈送了果盤 前台服務熟練 客房整潔乾淨 入住感受很好 五星好評！
酒店很新，設施設備非常好，床品及客用品一級棒，洗沐配置的居然是歐佩的DU全套，哇哇~夠檔次，這是個驚喜，退房時全部順走啦！
停車有地面也有地下室，非常方便。唯一美中不足的就是早餐，品類與品質都有待於提升（牛奶的口感，簡直了~）否則高房價的競爭力就沒啦...

設施不錯，位置特別好，離徐家坪機場十幾分鍾路程。去其它景點也不遠。這次主要是拜訪鳳凰山森林公園“一個人的動物園”去的，非常方便。大峽谷地心谷等景點沒來得及去，下次肯定還要過來。

因為參加了需週一報到的攜程恩施五日四晚遊，我們有東航隨心飛，故提前一天抵達並訂了該酒店。這家酒店住自不用説，很舒服的，我敢説按照國家星級酒店評定標準，“四星”肯定能評上。單説酒店的餐廳，那位熱心的幺妹（服務員），會根據你的情況，向您推薦他們的特色菜品，幹煸冬瓜極好，武昌魚味道也很不錯，反正我覺得挺值，尤其是附近沒什麼好飯店，理所當然選擇這家店了。

酒店衞生，環境不錯，前台，自助早餐餐廳服務都挺好的，前兩天都點評了，2樓餐廳服務工作不好，明明有小包間餐桌，可以隨意點菜卻不告知，領班卻非要我們去大包房最低消費400.00，每天為了消費超過400元，我們點了很多菜吃不了，即浪費又讓我們多花了好幾百元，27日吃飯睌時我們對此提出了抗議，才告訴我們可以在小包間點菜，結果我們花了200多元錢點了好幾個菜，吃的非常好，希望酒店加強管理，把為客人服好務放在心上。硬件設施不達標，服務不到位，距離五星級酒店的標準和要求還有不小的差距
