恩施很漂亮，該酒店各方面也都很好。
但前台早班和晚班的兩個工作人員缺乏培訓。客人到了前台退房卡還在玩手機，頭也不抬，待客接物與其它同行酒店的前台明顯差多了。面無表情，缺乏笑容。業務不專業，等客人把車開到停車出入口卻出不去，又要返回前台詢問怎麼回事。沒事先告訴客人旁邊小屋有個門衞，按一下喇叭門衞可以幫忙開門 。

非常滿意👍，春節臨時決定到恩施去玩一兩天，恩施大峽谷全部逛了下來，累的不行，就決定住一晚，第二天再走，網上搜了這家酒店，價格也合理就定了，入住快速，設施還行，下次如果再來還住這裏

房間很好，早餐豐富，前台15號女孩子態度很好，第二天忙打電話直接幫忙續住了，每次出差都住這裏，離火車站很近，步行一會就到了

房間很好，酒店位置很好，去哪都方便。在各地旅遊，我都願意住維也納酒店，恩施的這個酒店應該是中規中矩的酒店，如果設施設備能更新一些，就更好了。恩施的景色很美，住這裏去各個景區都方便。維也納酒店也沒讓我失望。

房間一般。前台服務很差。這個小姑娘經理應該好好教育一下。説話硬板，本來想多住幾晚，因為她我又改住了其它酒店！對會員一點也不照顧。差評！
