房間乾淨整潔，就是語音小遊會莫名其妙説話。健身室在地下一層根本沒找到，主要就是為了健身室才訂的。樓下乾乾巴巴啥也沒有，需要走一段路才能有飯館。如果報名一日遊的不建議這裏，這家不能上門接送，需要自行前往集合點。

從貴陽過來恩施，好哥們考上了這邊公務員，安家就在隔壁碧桂園
位置屬於恩施經開區吧，人少車少，不過好處就是停車超級方便
酒店最大的特色是配備的利川紅和恩施玉露，都是當地大名鼎鼎的茶類
設施設備水平介於漢庭和全季之間，服務還比較不錯，送了晚安牛奶
恩施好吃的是真的多，油香、豆皮（完全不同於武漢豆皮的豆皮）、紅廟包子、合渣、宣恩烤魚等。哦還有北大高仿校門的湖北民族大學哈哈哈哈
有趣的恩施，下次還來！

酒店不在城區，因為是去武漢順道住一晚，對位置無所謂，特意到恩施玩的建議還是住城中心。房間乾濕分離的，床墊軟硬度合適，特別讚的一點是牙刷軟毛的，對於口腔敏感絕對是福音。不過房間比較小，枕頭套有印記，建議更換床品的時候這些能注意，總體上來説還是很滿意了

房間一般般，房間有點小，前台接待很高傲，估計都是老闆！喝水還要另外給錢！這是我住過最差勁的酒店！我們是一家人出來肯定有臟衣服這些，本來訂房就是找能洗衣服的酒店，貴就貴點吧也沒關係，沒有早餐也可以接受，但是不能騙人呀！喝水要錢，衣服洗不了………這個酒店真的太奇葩了

是一家性價比很高的酒店，配備智能設施，衞生間三分離方便衞生，床夠大舒適，在酒店吃的晚餐好吃不貴。是在恩施旅遊體驗感最好的酒店，房間沒有拍照片，發個窗外和餐廳的圖片吧

房間除了小一點.裏面衞生環境還算乾淨. 這是唯一優點.除了酒店幾乎沒有隔音.外面馬路上的每輛車都像在你耳邊開過. 睡眠淺的不要定. 而且離城區很遠.不是自駕的不要來住.基本都是貨車路過.叫車困難.
重點是前台emmm 態度非常一般.態度不耐煩不耐心表現的很明顯. 多問了下餐廳在幾樓. 很明顯不耐煩的説三樓 😊. 定了三間房 要求在同一樓層 説我們不是一次性定的 . 不同房型 攜程也沒有可以同時的選項啊？我們三間房同一時間段一起定的 怎樣才算是一次性呢？ 也沒有人幫忙拿下行李. 前台説旺季沒有人拿. 還好衹是住一晚過度.我們定的時候四百多. 看了下淡季衹要兩百多.一晚.但是樓層上的幫忙打掃衞生的阿姨態度就很親切也很好. 早餐麪食那位服務員臉也很臭. 不知道態度差臉臭是不是酒店的特色. 我想應該不是. 也遇到態度好的阿姨. 但是前台這種接待人員的態度真的能讓人對酒店印象很差！
