It's a beautiful hotel but not a good place to stay for more than a day especially the last floor. I stayed in room 404 and had nothing but nightmares. Starting with the showers going on a break, to it running with dirty water when it eventually comes, to the shower stopping half way into my scrubbing (the worst of them all). Down to the wc not flushing properly and the water from the shower not going through the drain as quick as it should, which results to water log (disgusting sight!). I checked in with no towels on the room until I checked out. At least they were kind enough to keep a bottle of water, and a tea with few toiletries. Imagine I did the housekeeping job by myself all through my stay. The telecom wasn't working properly either. Funny enough, I made all these complaints, except the towels (which I wasn't going to use anyways) to the receptionist (who was however a very friendly lady) but nothing much was done to mend the disastrous situation. Imagine waking up in the morning and no drop of water to wash the face nor use the washroom, not to talk of brushing my teeth. Each passing day, I wake up to experience more frustrating situations on which I even got tired of complaining. I had to force myself to manage for 3 days. Meanwhile, I intended staying for 6 nights. I checked in on the 12th and decided to check out on the 15th. Upon requesting my refund, I was asked to contact the manager (who never came-in in the middle of my ordeal). I called him for a refund, and he was blaming me for not reaching out to him, meanwhile I believe there's a chain of communication in the hospitality industry. To cut our communication short, I await my refund and I dare the hotel not to refund me asap. It's unfortunate that I tried so hard to control my emotions having been frustrated for 3 days, but at the point of hearing from the receptionist that they cannot refund me, I felt hell should be let loose. Still holding my peace, I will leave for now and hope to get a refund; holding the manager to his words.
