The royal expirience in the midle of Lonbardy! I stayed in this beautiful castle from 1900 year that has been ajusted for the most spoiled costumers. Rustical enterier that this hotel consists, make the whole expirience even more unreal. Like ypu are in a midle of a fairytale Rooms aquipted with everything. Mine room was a sollo. Smaller one, but with everything you need. Center adjustable heater, beautiful window view that leads in pool area. Bathroom clean. A huge confortable bad... I've seen the family rooms also, with fireplace ... just beautiful Food in the restoraunt and the wines that were served, gave me the highest taste of luxury... I love it and I woyld recommend it to all...

We went for a al a crate meal last minute we had to wait for our table but the waiter Giangia was very entertaining and accommodating he made sure we felt at ease throughout. And one point whilst waiting for our mains we unfortunately had some rude comments and mannerisms from another table but he moved us into to reception to ensure it didn’t hamper our evening. The food was outstanding and the customer service impeccable would come back again and recommend to anyone. He is 10 out of 10, beautiful place who looks after their punters.

We didn’t stay here, we came here as guests of a private function. The food served in the garden (as welcome starter) was nice although lots of fried stuff; the cold meat cuts were not well kept (the ham which is supposed to be live red colored (the prosciutto crudo) or pinkish (the prosciutto cotto) was yellowed and many flies were around. Drinks were OK. The garden view was nice, it was sunset, it was relaxing while eating, drinking and chatting under the gazeboes that we could serve at least twice the snacks but the staff looked like in a hurry to take it away even some entire full plates of food even the host (who paid for the event) was puzzled when he asked another round of drinks... then we were addressed to one of the castle rooms with medieval brick walls, not extraordinary but nicely set. The food was much nicer and better timed between courses. This castle is from the Medieval period (XIV century); they said that there are some frescoes which we didn’t saw. It was very noisy because there was a wedding party next to us which made the night very busy for the staff. Nice place to splurge a private party.

Spent our wedding anniversary here, the hotel, the gardens and the pool make it a very special place. They are just finishing work on a new spa area which will elevate it further. We had a great meal in the restaurant Le Cru. Breakfast was served in our bedroom. Excellent service and food. Highly recommend

Arrived to be given a weak greeting, then our keys to our room. No help carrying bags up the stairs, went to the room and it wouldn’t open. So I went down many stairs to reception and the young girl went upstairs, getting lost as she had no clue where the room was. Finally she opened the door let me in and there was someone’s bags still there. So back downstairs again this time she carried the bags. Given another room and the wonderful Kofi took me and my husband to the room, only to find someone’s bags still in the room. Yes 3 rooms later we were in a upgraded suite and a bottle of bubbly. We booked our dinner about a month ago to the in house restaurant LeCru. Only to find that we were along with other guests delegated to a empty ballroom on tables to big for 4. The food took an hour in between and was Luke warm. The only person I feel should be head of customer service was Kofi! He helped so Much and delivered unlike the 3 women ok the front desk.

We were staying one night on a trip from Dolomites to Milano. The first impression was great. HOWEVER!!!! The room was hot as the Sahara desert mid day!!! Ac not working!!!! And at night There is bells every hour, and traffic! You can choose if you want to sweat or listen to bells and cars all night. Other than lack of sleep and rest there is a lovely garden and helpful hosts. The restaurant was average. Nice food but I guess they make a few “shortcuts”, I.e. store bought ice cream and low quality vegetables. Breakfast was below average.

Day in the pool started at 10 as per opening hours. Coming from Bergamo I immediately go to the bathroom .... what can I say, very dirty .. you know the dirty one not of a day but "dated". I then pointed this out to a gentleman at the restaurant where I paid the bill and he didn't even deign to apologize by handing her the pos for payment !! Having a well-kept lawn, a nice swimming pool but then toilets dirtier than those of a crowded motorway restaurant ...

The location is wonderful, we knew it very well, but unfortunately those who manage it are absolutely not up to it. Wedding booked there .. postponed for the covid for two years and in the meantime change of management. Guests come from various parts of the world (the newlyweds originally from the place, but have lived in Australia for years). Bad service both from the reception (reception) and during the ceremony they did not realize that we were melting under the sun even if it had been pointed out given the high temperatures to be able to have umbrellas in the garden. Position yourself at the end of the ceremony after the bride's father has called the director. Book several rooms and even in advance, but the room is not up to 4 stars (Villa Elena is our third floor). Even the bride and groom's room, despite being in the central structure, did not have a minimum of appeal for the first night! The missing lighting should also be noted, especially in stairways that are very dangerous for the elderly and children. And let's not talk about music and breakfast! In short, I still have to write but that's enough! Fortunately, all these inefficiencies did not hinder the success of the wedding which was still a beautiful and happy party for everyone. To date I would definitely not recommend it!
