Pool, Spa, and good room service, even after midnight! Excellent hotel security as well. On a busy road so you can hear the traffic, but after 10pm it gets very quiet. The good feelings about this hotel started even before I checked in. The manager, Haider did welcome me when I was in a long transit in Istanbul on my way to Erbil. Due to change of my flight schedule, I arrived very early and tired in the morning. I was welcomed with a smile by the receptionist. Got my room instantly so I could go to sleep. The next many days my wife and I felt this hotel as being our home abroad and the staff our family. I can only recommend Bristoria. They are always prepared to help you and to make to stay most enjoyable. Not to mention, the spacy rooms, the outdoor color-changing pool and all the other facilities that are just perfect. I have stayed at many hotels worldwide and never experienced such an open hearted hospitality. Many thanks to Haider and his staff. Dont waste your time to look for other hotels in Erbil.
