The Divan Hotel in Erbil, Iraq is not just structural and iconic marvel, but it is that professionalism and the customer service driven staff that stands out the greatest that is instrumental in making my hotel stay a delightful experience. The Divan Hotel is marvelous hotel, and I believe that any guest that has the opportunity to stay at this facility will not be disappointed. Customer service is high level, and I would rate them as a 10+ in customer service. The staff is very accommodating, and they will do everything they can at the front desk to assist. You are welcome and greeted by all the staff. They do an awesome job to make your stay very pleasant. The rooms are very spacious, and the décor of the hotel is beautiful. I want to commend everyone for their fantastic service and professionalism. As a guest that is very good to see and to be a part of knowing you are appreciated. There is an extraordinary staff in the Season’s Restaurant at the Divan Hotel. I have stayed here many times, and I am never underwhelmed at the attention to detail and the service that I’ve received at the restaurant. The quality of service is impeccable and there are many long-standing staff members, and it is a pleasure knowing them and meeting some for the first time like Kooutar. She fits right into culture to ensuring excellent customer service. I have known Benita for over a year, and the quality of service exceeds the standards, and I am appreciative of the quality of work and service rendered during my stays. It is always a pleasure in seeing her, Sarah, and all of the teammates. They all help make my stay enjoyable. It can get extremely busy in the restaurant but their level of professionalism and their ability to multi-task does not go un-noticed. You can take a tour of the gym and spa facilities and the staff there are amazing and will treat you like the VIP. You must go to see Editha at the Divan Hotel Spa. She is dynamic! She is professional and you will be amazed at the massage treatment. She is an excellent masseuse. The attention to detail in application to all muscle groups is phenomenal and whether you do 60 minutes or 90 minutes, you will not be disappointed. They do couples, women, and men so if you are staying at the Divan Hotel, be sure to set your appointment with Editha. She has a wonderful personality and very customer service oriented. Although I did not obtain the names of everyone I met, I want to thank everyone from the Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping Dining Room, Maintenance, Guest Relations and other personnel: A Big Thank You! I look forward to me next visit and see you all soon.
