Terezas Hotel

Me and my wife have just had a great week with our friends at this wonderful hotel, from checking in to checking out we did not have a thing to complain about, the hotel is spotless, great sunbeds, rooms cleaned every day, comfortable beds, great service and great friendly staff always willing to help would definitely return, thank you all for a wonderful time.

This hotel was booked after our Marella Cruise and it was a great choice. We had booked a swim up room and this was great just open the patio doors to a furnished terrace and straight into the poll Air conditioning was great as it’s an average 25 degrees and it was quiet. The beds are very comfortable also We had dinner included and this was home cooked and fresh, breakfast was plentiful The staff are very friendly and very polite with great customer service If you get the opportunity to stay in Sidari this is the Hotel to Stay

We stayed at Terezas Hotel in June 2021 and it was a total delight. Comparing that with our latest experience is difficult as June 2021 was when Covid was only just beginning to loosen its grip, and very few people were travelling. The result was that a total of only 9 guests were staying at the hotel when we first arrived. Unsurprisingly we received first class treatment. Even taking that into account our stay has been very disappointing. The place has been very full, which has served to highlight the problems with the Hotel. First and foremost is that the hotel's water heating system is not up to the demands made on it by the number of guests. We first started visiting the Greek Islands in 1981 and at that time everyone knew that if you wanted to take a hot shower you needed to take it very early in the evening. We've haven’t experienced this since the mid-90s - until we came to Terezas Hotel in 2024! When we brought it to the attention of the Hotel we were told to run the shower for a while until it ran hot. I explained that we had tried this, but it made no difference. After involving the TUI Rep we were offered a room change two days before our departure, but we reckoned that it would simply mean that we would get a cold shower in a different place. After making our complaint we talked with other couples who were experiencing the same lack of hot water. Being British they were stoically putting up with it, although after our conversations I guess they may also have raised the issue with the hotel. Another area of disappointment was the breakfast. In 2021 we had table service and a range of cooked and fresh food to choose from. Now, understandably, it's buffet style, but it’s unchanging from day to day. The only juice on offer is reconstituted orange juice, and the coffee on offer can best be described as AWFUL. The hotel has apparently been extended in recent years but nobody thought to put lifts into the new buildings which has been a problem for us older folks. To be fair there are some positives. the hotel is clean, well looked after and ideal for people who are happy to sit round the pool all day and avail themselves of the food and drink supplied by the hotel. Mind you, you need to be really sharp to get a sunbed as towels covered all of the sunbeds by the time we came down for breakfast. We heard several cries of anguish from disappointed sun worshippers. We loved Sidari, but we won’t we returning to Terezas Hotel.

Fabulous, friendly,clean hotel. Just returned from a friend's birthday weekend. The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are very modern and the cleanliness is fantastic. The bar staff are very friendly and attentive. Food was great lots to choose from for breakfast. The sunbeds are very comfy and had no issues getting one in a morning. The only down fall is that if you have mobility issues its abit of a trek on a darkly lit stretch of road where you have to walk single file into the main bars/restaurants. If you fancy a chilled out break this hotel is great 👍. Thanks for having us .

Ok so we booked this hotel as a one week stay prior to our cruise. The hotel is just OK. Rooms are clean, bar and food are reasonable and the pool area is nice. no issues with the cleaning in the hotel either. its almost at the end of Sidari so its a fair walk to the business end but nothing we didn't enjoy of an evening. I would not stay to eat in to be hones on an evening, whilst the food is ok, there are some really lovely places to visit around there and to eat. was a little quiet for night life but the beaches are lovely and the top end of sidari is so lovely

We stayed at Tereza’s for a week in late August. After doing lots of research online I was really looking forward to our stay and it didn’t disappoint! The hotel is spotless the owners and staff take a real pride in the place and it’s clear to see. All the staff are so friendly and great with the kids too. The pool area is fab and we never had trouble getting Sun beds. We had one of the superior family rooms with the partition for the extra beds, it was spacious and the interior was lovely. We had a fridge with a small freezer compartment. This room was above the rooms with the swim ups and they looked fab! We had bed and breakfast and breakfast included bacon, eggs, sausage, mushrooms and beans, along with croissants, toast, jams, Nutella, honey, yoghurt, cereals, fruits, cheese and meats and cake. We ate lunch at the hotel most days too and the food was delicious. The cocktails were delish with happy hour each day too. The hotel is about ten minutes flat walk into the ***** and there’s some lovely restaurants along the way. The ***** itself isn’t the prettiest but has some of the usual shops and lots of family friendly bars with some great tribute acts. We hired a car for 24 hours and visited palaiokastritsa for snorkelling and the little aquarium, it’s a beautiful place with calm waters and rocks to explore. We headed to Roda one night too for tea which is quaint. The sunsets in Sidari were absolutely stunning. We did the Greek night at the hotel and this was good value and great entertainment. We visited the Sidari water park hotel one day too which was good value for a morning but very busy and a different type of hotel much busier and less personal. We had the best time at Tereza’s it really is an absolute gem of a hotel and the owners and staff should be so proud of it :-)

Recently back from visit to Sidari. The hotel was a fantastic find and we couldn’t fault anything!! The location was perfect, a short walk to restaurants, bars and beach. The hotel itself was modern, clean and plenty of very comfy sun beds ( no early morning races). Breakfast was buffet style and all meals were of an excellent standard. Definitely do the Greek night, excellent value and fun entertainment. The staff were very helpful, hardworking and friendly. A special thanks to Gabrielle, Artemis & Fotis. Very clean and modern. Pool area lovely with good quality sunbeds.looks lovely at nights with all the different plants and palms lit up, really nice restaurant area.great cocktails and waiters were lovely. Lovely big bed with good quality bedding and towels. Good choice of buffet breakfast although I wasn't keen on the orange squash rather than the usual juice you would have .also found a couple of the women who work there a bit off and miserable

Arrived 11pm ish flight delayed was shown to our room by the manager quick easy check in . Room and bathroom are impeccably clean we missed the evening meal due to the delay . Breakfast does offer a wide choice and is served until 10am . Evening meal had good choices and was delicious on every occasion. A wide choice of sandwiches snacks etc are available through the day . Drink prices are reasonable for a hotel . Beds comfy as are the pillows. Lots of comfy sunbeds never put towels out but always a sunbed available and parasol .I want to thank Stelios and Art in the restaurant / bar excellent service with a genuine smile . Would we stay here again? Yes in a breath . Taxi to the other end of the ***** €6 and reception will book for you . Public areas are clean neat and well cared for . We leave in the morning already trying to book a return .rooms do have a fridge / kettle / cups iron and ironing board also a hair dryer.
