I have some difficulty in completing certain opinions. We are very very young retirees and for more than 10 years, and since then we spend our time traveling, so we think we have a certain habit. Excessively pleasant staff, which is rare enough to be underlined since even some hotels that claim to be top-of-the-range do not seem to be sorely lacking on a regular basis. This hotel is the most quiet and pleasant where we have stayed for a long time. The staff is available. The restaurant offers excellent dishes. We chose a delicious and rich Jura raclette on the first day and their Burger Signature on the second day. A small one-hour walk is possible just out of the hotel without taking the car. Our very beautiful room was equipped with a beautiful balcony. A express breakfast is offered to take on the huge terrace with views on the tree park with horses away. Do not hesitate if you are in the corner.

We stayed two nights here, however I would have liked to stay longer. The atmosphere was so relaxing, our host most welcoming and breakfast was delicious. My husband and I arrived later at night than initially planned, and we had forgotten to say that we had our baby with us. As soon as our host (sorry I’ve forgotten her name!) saw the baby, she provided a baby bed, diaper changing mat and extra towels. She also offered us a room with a bathtub so we could bath the baby. She was so kind and caring, she really made us feel welcome and comfortable. Although this is my first tripadvisor review, I’ve stayed at many hotels and BnB’s throughout Europe and North America. This one is really at the top of my list.

We booked 2 rooms right next to each other, one for me and my wife and one for our sons. There was a door in between the rooms. The room and bathroom was very clean, it was quiet (we slept at the back of the hotel) and the breakfast next morning was very good with a lot of choice. The hotel really looks quite new inside, maybe a mak-over has been finished recently? The lady that cheked us in was also very kind. Only downside is the location. It is at a very busy street and not a great location to be at at all. There are not very many places to walk to from this part of the town. But when you are only lookin for an overnight stay like we did, this is okay.
