Our flight was canceled and we needed a room for the night. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was ready so let us check in early. room was very clean. had microwave and mini fridge. Very comfortable bed. walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. about 10 miles from airport.

Staff was very helpful, arrived a day early and left a day early because of weather issues and they were very helpful and accommodating on both ends. Clean and comfortable room, not the nicest rooms but good for the price and location.

The chiefly in staff was nice, but everything else was terrible. The bathroom was filthy. The toilet had the seal on it like it had been clean, but there were hair and fecal particles in the toilet. It smelled musty and mildew in the whole room. We checked out and went home.

Close by the University of Oregon and an easy walk to downtown shops. Good value for the money as the prices at other hotels in the area are much higher. Pet friendly for dogs. Mine loved the place.

Great walkability to the University of Oregon Campus and Football Stadium. Great coffee shops and restaurants close by. Excellent customer service, easy check in and very clean rooms. The condition of the rooms could be updated and the heater was loud and not automatic.

Location was good. The bathroom had a mildew smell with black mold on in the shower. I would recommend giving the cleaning staff some Clorox cleanup. The drain backed up and brought up some nasty stuff to stand in while showering.
The vending machine had no water.
I felt like it was a $80 room and paid over $250 for the night.
Would probably not return….

Friendly staff and clean room but rundown overall and so incredibly noisy. You can hear everything from neighboring rooms plus traffic noise from the nearby busy street. WiFi was almost nonexistent.

The refrigerator froze all of the food I put in there so I lost money. Very loud location. Very stuffy smell even with the windows opened for a time.
