The room is clean, but the staff in the morning time is not friendly, there is no shampoo in the bathroom, the phone in the room does not work.

Sprayed air filter with lysol AND bought a air freshener and neither worked. The girl who worked there was not friendly at all on any of the days we were there. Rundown not well taken care of. Bed frame was like a fold out and flimsy mattress set right on springs so they sagged and sunk in the middle

They put us in a room below a room they were doing construction on and the worker was working after 10 pm. The next day the Boise was still going on so we asked for a different room. Were moved to a room different than we reserved with a non working TV so had to move again

It was disgusting and my door didn’t lock properly nor did the phone work. I tried to get a refund and was ignored.

I stayed here for a little over 2 weeks. The room I stayed in was on 2nd floor. Room number started with 20_.
I intentionally left off the last number. The room was recently remodeled and everything went well. Washer and dryer worked well and the beds were comfortable.
Would definitely stay there again.
