Could have been fantastic but let down by...............
..........They are lucky enough to have an absolutely massive outside car park but there are height restrictions, you have to press an intercom to get it lifted - but no one answers it.
.......... Car park has a £12 per night charge. Unnecessarily expensive
........... Wifi is chargable, have we gone back 20 years??
...........After comparing a few places I selected this place because it looked to have a fantastic rooftop bar - only to find out it's closed on Sundays and Mondays.
............ Breakfast is absolutely fantastic, the chef knows his onions, and his eggs!

Beautiful new hotel and lovely staff. The rooms are fantastic, myself and my daughter really enjoyed our stay. It was so relaxing and the gym is the best equipped hotel gym, I have found to date. Very clean hotel and a warm welcome from the staff. Will be back again!

A little remote for Exeter itself but an ok location.
Parking is expensive (£12)
Breakfast has variety but is not the greatest quality
Restaurant for breakfast is unstaffed so you have to help yourself to everything including teas and coffees meaning you have to leave your table a lot
