This place is very convenient to the small Eze center. We could walk to grocery, quiche place, bus, and to the old city of Eze. All the other accommodations I saw there were on hilly roads without sidewalks. On the other hand, the room is on the smaller side and we had to put all the bags on the floor. The front desk was helpful but was not open till 9AM. The parking lot was in the dark basement and those parking spaces were tight with many structural posts. The entrance/exit was really hard to navigate. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it.

Our concierge/receptionist Marilyn was extremely pleasant and helpful and was able to accommodate our early arrival. Our unit was good size but plain and utilitarian, and equipped for meal prep, although we elected to eat out. Location was great--a 2 minute walk to Eze Village and a 15 minute drive into Monaco or Villefranche. The deck was pleasant, although the view was of the nearby trees rather than the coast panorama. The complimentary parking was very convenient. Considering the scarcity of nearby accommodations this inexpensive Appart Hotel was great!

It was a great experience and we enjoyed so much .Everything was so good., and so pleasant. The hotel and the spacey room, the gorgeous view, infinity pool , professional staff and delicious food. I highly recommend this place to visit. We spent several days in Perle d’Eze , and it was amazing. This is a must visit place

The charming village in the sky D,Eze, with a spectacular Medivial city, perched above it. We travelled in by car, our fabulous hotel had a massive car park. We were very grateful as you can imagine, not many car spaces available. The La Perle apartments were fabulous, so clean and well appointed. We could see the Medivial city each night from our bedrooms, it was lit up like a fairyland. Do not miss this village, this place and hotel, are the essence of the French countryside. A special note to Dora, who treated us like family. What a place and what an experience, thank you for the memories.

Very friendly staff, but services offered not in line with the price. Wi fi never worked. Insufficient closet space even for a three night stay. No shelves. Self cleaning bathroom wipes and obviously no room cleaning. I don't consider it an Aparthotel but only an "Apart". For 252 euros a night I expected something different.
