The Hotel seemed ok at first, because we had stayed a few weeks before, but after the Property Outright refused a refund after our experience/interaction I have to speak out now. On September 16th we checked in very late (Prepaid for the room). It's around 1am. It took over an hour for the Front Desk Staff, due to some technical issue, to check us in. At which time we were skipped head for a customer paying cash. The Lady up Front has zero chill and was freaking out on the phone with Corporate and with me when I told her she handed my credit card to the wrong guest (Gentlemen paying cash). We finally got our key cards, which didn't work I had to get them re-programmed and checked into our room. The AC was off and it smelled odd. It's now about 3-4am and we're getting to sleep, and check out the next day. I immediately raised the Check-in issue with *********** who only offered 8.92 Euros (Yes Euros) for compensation. A few days later, both me and my Wifey's head felt itchy and she has a noticeable bite -mark on her lower back. The property denied our request for refund.
