As soon as i pulled up to this place i knew i had made the wrong choice. The people they have roaming around the property and on the property threw red flags immediately. Second, after standing in the smallest lobby/waiting area/check in, i was told that 1 of the 2 rooms i had BOOKED ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO, was not available. They didn't have enough rooms to accommodate me, even though i had previously booked. I didnt understand. Very horrible service and will not be going back there again for nothing. Id rather sleep in my car.

This place was horrible. I give it a zero. It looked like the floor had never been mopped. The cover on the bed had stains on it. There wasn’t any pillows in the room. No towels, the remote had no batteries so when I took it to the front desk they put some in. Tired the TV but it didn’t work. The wall above the shower head had a hole it. Horrible place to stay!!! I do not recommend it. I landed up getting a sleeping bag out of my car and slept in that on the bed. I wouldn’t even give it a number 1, more like 000

Check in was slow. Had to sign many many forms. Room was barren, no light bulb in fixture by bed. No bathroom essentials. No soap. No drinking glasses. No utensils. Homeless hanging around probably. Rested a bit and left. Make it a homeless shelter or tear it down. What a waste of 70 dollars.

Well first off no toilet paper at all.Stains and marks on walls I have no idea what it was.Nor did I want to know.I didnt take shower.This place on outside looks new but the room definitely needs remodeling

The room was subpar to say the least. You get what you pay for and there were no clean towels in the room, there appeared to be blood on the floor, and many, many transient folks in the area. The staff is amazing and a joy to work with, just the property itself was less than desirable.

They cancelled my booking WITHOUT NOTICE, because I was "too late" even though I called a week in advance to let them know exactly that. I want a full refund because I didn't stay there for even one night. I have to buy another hotel at 2am while it was snowing. This is unacceptable

The room it was dirty in the restroom and kitchen . Cleanliness was a not good doesnt look they wiped anything up.

The worst property I’ve ever stayed in, refrigerator doesn’t work smells when you open it, floor was dirty, jam on the walls stuck
