The property is old and not well maintained. Breakfast was well done and fresh. Nasty smell in halls and on the rainy day there were leaks in public areas

Ended up with bites on my legs after sleeping. First room smelled so bad requested another room. Next room had no chair other than rickety one by desk. No Kleenex had to request. Refrigerator made odd tinkle sound when it ran. Bathtub had top coat peeling and the peeled areas were rough. There was one wastebasket in the refrigerator area. None in bathroom or in room. The pool had only 4 functional chaise lounge chairs and there was a place to put used towels but no towels in the area. By no means did this meet Wyndham expectations.

This hotel is looking pretty tired. Bathroom especially. Everything functioned but had to be at least 30 years old. Everything was clean. No complaints about cleanliness at all. Would like to have had a way to recycle plastics and glass. Breakfast was convenient and had a wide variety of choices. Location is convenient to many businesses and very close to St Petersburg airport.

This LaQuinta was NOT up to the standards I expect from LaQuinta. Was dirty and run down place. the back parking lot had a person/s and the entire contents of their apar**ent with them and a playpen with a baby. backdoor didn't open with the key card, had to go through the pool gate and around the pool to get back in from the parking lot.

Check in was super easy and simple. Staff was friendly. Room was bigger and cleaner than I expected it to be for a motel. Was pretty happy with it.

Not very much rooms were smelly but clean looking but they did get us a different room which was a little better but not by much . Breakfast was ok Just an older hotel won’t stay there again.

We chose this property for our holiday weekend. What a mistake. Carpeting that had not been washed or cleaned in years, torn furniture, furniture covered with bodily fluid stains, cracked walls and windows, non existent ultra fast wifi, it goes on and on. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. what do you think about the attached photos?

Convenient location to airport. Furniture in our room was so dirty and stained that we sat on a sheet so our clothes didn’t touch the couch. The bathroom was really clean so that was a plus.
