The first day was very good. The next day I let my aunt clean up. I just folded the quilt again for me. The oil stain on the table was not wiped. The key is that I caught a cold and my nose accidentally left on the quilt and didn’t change it.

設施：設施非常齊全，應有盡有，東西用起來也很好，電梯也很方便，地毯也很柔軟
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，找不到任何可以挑剔的地方，客房內也沒有任何的死角
環境：環境優雅舒適，一來到酒店就能聞到撲鼻而來的香味，讓人心情愉悦

帶娃出行，想着定個主題房，網上搜了一下，盲選了一家，沒想到酒店真的還挺好的，大廳整潔，温馨，進門就很香的香薰，服務態度也很好，很貼心，房間也很乾凈，還給提供了一次性的浴缸袋。總體來説很不錯👍，以後來還定這家，希望服務一如既往。

個人已是第二次入住這個酒店了！住過全國很多城市的酒店，還是覺得這家的房間是出奇的寬敞，堪比五星酒店，衞生也非常好，個人很滿意。特別是有科技感，機器人服務讓我覺得自己到了大城市一般。早上起來，自助餐很美味，有種家的感覺，特別是還貼心的準備了淮南特色牛肉湯，讓我足不出户就能吃到地道的淮南美食，真的是太棒了👏

設施：設施齊全，應有盡有，一進大廳就有沙發可以休息辦理入住，上樓還有直達電梯，到了房間空調，熱水器，大屏電視一樣不少，大床也很舒服，倒頭就睡了個好夢～
衞生：十分乾淨，對我這種有潔癖的人來説都沒得挑剔，打掃衞生的阿姨隨時隨處可見，工作認真一絲不苟，打掃房間的阿姨也非常的負責，可以看出來床單被套都是十分的乾淨整潔～
環境：整個酒店給人一種回家的感覺，讓人覺得温馨舒適，地毯走在上面很舒服，在屋裡休息也沒有噪音，讓人可以享受安靜愉快的休息時間～
服務：非常的貼心，會提前為我考慮到，服務也非常的熱情，無論是保潔阿姨還是前台接待，還是酒店經理都非常的熱情，一直面帶微笑，讓人如沐春風，有什麼需要幫助的他們也都會十分熱情的提供幫助，非常棒的入住體驗！
最讓我難忘的是我在辦理入住的時候包忘在大廳沙發上了，在我自己還沒意識到東西遺失的時候，酒店經理就主動找到我，説幫我看着包呢，讓我確認一下物品，這就是真正讓人覺得放心，舒心的地方，下次來鳳台一定還選鳳台桔子印象酒店～❤️
