人性化體驗好，外面是機器人送的，房間也是智能語音控制的有“小愛同學”，房間比較大，比很多酒店的房間都要大些，更寬敞舒服，有沙發的同時還有辦公桌，這個酒店的設施非常棒了

設施：很齊全，各方面都很到位。有洗衣房，健身房，洗完衣服還能烘乾。
衞生：衞生方面有些小細節要再努力下下😊。
環境：很不錯，周邊吃的喝的玩的都挺近的，很方便，交通也方便。
服務：服務最滿意，每個人都笑臉😃相迎，有什麼問題及時解決，真的能感受到賓至如歸的感覺。
第一次入住鳳台全季酒店，位置好，交通方便，免費停車場很大，設施齊全。房間空間比較大，房間裏的茶葉很好喝，還配備了定製的茶具。服務員非常熱情，每個人都是那麼的友好，給人一種家的温暖。酒店的環境也特別好，乾淨整潔，清新舒適。總之這次住宿非常滿意！

這家全季真的非常棒，一進大廳就有很好聞的禪茶香味，辦入住的時候前台的小姐姐態度很好，很熱情，房間設施齊全，吹風機很好用，入住酒店之後還下雨了，房間配的傘，用着方便，房間是智能的，呼叫小愛同學可以控制電視，窗簾，空調，窗簾等……真的太好方便了，下次來鳳台還會來這家酒店！

酒店設施齊全，床品也很舒服，房間裏洗漱用品，一次性拖鞋質量都很好，洗澡時出熱水也很快，房間衞生也很乾凈，大廳很大 環境很好 ，大廳還有自助的茶水，點心和咖啡機，夏日炎炎，在這麼優美的大廳裏，喝一杯冰冰涼涼的冰美式，吃點點心 非常的奈斯。

非常好的一家酒店，周邊環境非常好，邊上還有一個小公園，門口就是停車場，停車場內還有電車充電樁，還是快充，為電車旅客提供了很大的便利，非常方便，房間衞生也非常乾淨，房間都是智能的，送東西也都是機器人，酒店還配備的洗衣房和健身房 ，洗衣房還配備了烘乾機，衣服烘乾就可以直接穿了，很便捷早餐種類繁多，營養搭配均衡。
