講道理，這家賓館值得一住，但不要住四樓。
設施：完善。
衞生：空調有異味，而且異味很重，重到我不敢開。電腦屏幕很臟，電腦鍵盤很臟，電腦鼠標很臟，鼠標墊也臟：盡是陳年老污垢。希望賓館看到我這能採納意見，進行一下電腦擦拭。
環境：有點吵，附近也不知道是由KTV還是什麼，老是能聽到人場歌；那歌唱的，賊難聽，關了窗也不能阻隔那噁心的聲音。
服務：還行。
最後像大家補充一點，最好不要住他家這邊的“特惠房”，那設施太差了，空調異味太噁心了。然後房間也不通風，然後你懂的，房間呈現一股很濃的異味，那晚我差點都悶死在賓館。

全奉新找不到第二家這樣的酒店，亂扣錢佔為己有，誰來這種酒店，真的是太差了，奉新絕對找不到第二家，房間裏面一股味道，床頭的灰少説一年都沒擦了，洗澡間門外腳布也沒有，差點摔跤，這個酒店勸大家別來！
