Amazing memorable experience that is worth to travelled for! Was lucky to snap up the last room on my travel dates. It was refurbished from a palace so there are alot of beauty still well kept within. There is a small pool and a rooftop dining area. Staff were hospitable and always there to help. Directions are well marked but also possible to get lost within.

I’ve never had an experience like the one I had at Riad Rcif. They truly go above and beyond for their guests. From arranging someone to walk with us (two female travelers) to and from dinner to packing us breakfast for early morning excursions, their customer service is unmatched. If I were to return to Fes, I would choose to stay at Riad Rcif again without a doubt.

Extremely beautiful riad with staff that are very attentive and helpful. The wifi could be spotty at times but still usable. The meals on the terrace were delicious with the beautiful scenery. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Our stay at the riad rcif was nothing short of extraordinary. The architecture is absolutely stunning. Every corner of the riad exudes charm and elegance. The staff deserve a special mention for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience possible. One of the highlights of our trip was also a great example of the service. We went on a guided trip and stopped at a tannery. While we had done some research beforehand on pricing, negotiating there was quite challenging and we ended up being overcharged significantly, despite our guide assuring us we had gotten a good deal. When we returned to the riad and shared our experience, the owner and his team immediately offered their help. They went above and beyond to assist us in getting our money back and took us to a store they personally frequent for their own purchases. Not only did they help us negotiate a much better price, but the owner’s brother also arranged for someone to accompany us to ensure we received a fair, local price. Their dedication and willingness to help, even though they had no obligation to do so, was absolutely remarkable and made our stay unforgettable. While most people and place would have simply said “oh we’re so sorry to hear that it happened to you”, Abdel and his team chose to go above and beyond to assist us and safeguard our interests. If this weren’t pure kindness, then I don’t know what is. We highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable experience in Morocco.

We stayed for two nights at the Riad Rcif and had an amazing time. The dinner was slightly more "expensive" compared to some other options, but the variety of foods and the flavor you get more than makes up for the price. The view from the roof also helps with the price. The facilities are beautiful, and the service is above and beyond. One example of the exceptional service: We went to one coop in the Chaouwara Tannery and bought two jackets and two belts. I had one jacket delivered, and when I told the staff that I was expecting a delivery, they off handedly asked how much I paid. Instantly, they said I got scammed and had someone walk me back to the store so I could return for full price with no problem, then took us to a much cheaper leather Tannery that they get their staff clothes from. They also helped us negotiate (in person and then over the phone). I ended up getting 4 jackets and one belt for around the same total price as the first Tannery. This was way cheaper, better fit, and same quality. They did the water test and fire test on the leather without any issue. We had amazing experience talking to the owner's brother Abdel, who cares about nothing but offering the best guest experience. Here, you truly feel like they look out for the guests and want nothing but the guest to have an amazing time. I highly recommend this riad, it's a wonderful stay

I stayed in riad rcif for four nights and would highly recommend to anyone staying in fez. This is probably the most beautiful riad in fez with a great view of the city and everything here is hand crafted. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and are happy to help with any requests you have. They are very generous with the portions for both the breakfast and dinner. They also make delicious vegetarian options of traditional moroccan food.
