We could not recommend this hotel more highly. They could not have been more helpful when we had to relocate from our chalet to the hotel in the middle of the night due to a local forest fire, and they made sure we always had the latest updates from the local emergency services in the following days. We were put up in an apar**ent which was perfect for us, and we even took advantage of the spa facilities which were wonderful. Our thanks to to everyone at the hotel for taking such good care of us.

The best thing about this hotel is the driver of the shuttle, since transportation is included in the hotel fee (the hotel has no restaurant and especially in the evening is tricky to come back in the dark, since the hotel is uphill). He is kind and hard working. Breakfast was also good, but what I did not like was the person at the reception, who I think was the owner. So rude and, as per Swiss culture, totally not flexible when we requested to be given information on other moment.

This hotel has nothing to do with 4 stars - amenities are rather old, there is a strange smell everywhere in the hotel, towels are greyish and shabby. Room is big and rather clean, but far from what you expect from 4 stars. Breakfast is quite basic.

We were in an apar**ent that was part of the hotel and there was plenty of space. The location is great and the pool is nice, especially with children (even if they cannot go there after 6.30 pm). The restaurant (outside of the hotel) was not particularly good, though.

camera perfetta ma delusa della piscina, mi aspettavo anche un ristorante ma non c'era pertanto bisognava uscire e andare giu' nei ristoranti (solo pochi)

Grosszügige Zimmer, alle sehr freundlich, top Fahrservice von/zu Bahnhof, Gondel oder Restaurant. Nette kleine Sauna und grosses Solebad. Einige Einrichtungen sind nicht mehr modern ("vintage"), was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Sehr gute Alternative, wenn man nicht direkt im Skigebiet logieren will. Massageservice ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Zimmer mit Terrasse. Badezimmer zweckmäßig, aber renovationsbedürftig. Frühstücksbuffet und Gratis Kaffee- und Teeecke vorzüglich! Service höflich und zuvorkommend. Wermutstropfen: Fleck auf Nachttisch nicht eruierbar und Reaktion des Hotels kleinlich.... Sonst rundum zufrieden!

Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, was man an der Bausubstanz und der Einrichtung sieht, jedoch war alles sauber und funktionsfähig. Aufgrund von Allergien hatten wir im Voraus Kontakt per Email. Leider gingen unsere Wünsche dann vergessen. Beim Check-In konnten wir jedoch alles klären, sodass unserem Aufenthalt nichts mehr im Weg war.

Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und entsprachen den Bildern. Es ist nicht das neuste und modernste aber dafür kümmern sich die Angestellten sehr und das Angebot von gratis Kaffee oder dem Shuttel zum Znacht oder der Gondel ist nicht selbstverständlich. Auch wurden Restaurant für das Znacht empfohlen, die ebenfalls super fein waren. Auch das Solebad und die kleine aber feine Sauna waren super und man konnte sich wunderbar erholen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Danke :):):) Die Lage ist super und das Aletsch Skigebiet sowieso.
