My experience at the Iris Crillon hotel was more than satisfactory
The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff very kind and helpful
I was very satisfied with everything and I hope to be able to return on my next trip to Fiuggi

We stayed here in April and had a really lovely experience, 3 adults and two children aged 8 and 11. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. We were given really good advice on places to visit, parking, directions etc in Rome and the surrounding area. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. We were also given a packed breakfast to take with us for our early flight home without asking, all really thoughtful touches. Thank you Gianfranco and all the staff, wish we were still here!

I had single room number 101 oh what a disgrace!! The shower door, hairdryer, coat hangers, bed head, were all filthy full of dust, no skirting boards wallpaper peeling off, wall lamp almost falling off, 1980s thin outdated mattress, Childs single bed 2 and half foot wide not normal single bed, my back ached every night could not sleep well!! Although the hotel itself was okay and the staff were helpful and friendly but I’m afraid I will not stay there again unfortunately!!

Good clean hotel and comfortable rooms for the price. Staff very attentive and seem happy in their jobs which to me shows a happy workforce. The owner Gianluca was very accommodating, even dropping things he had to do, to take my son to the doctor as he was taken ill. On our outbound we had a flight cancellation and arrived 3 days later, this was not a problem when I called them they just held the rooms. Would I stay again ? Yes I would and I will do at some point in the future.

A comfortable and welcoming stay. The owners are affectionate and kind. The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Excellent hotel location. At the Iris Crillon Hotel you feel at home. Even our little furry friends are treated very well. For me it was a top experience!

Nice hotel, a little dated but located in an excellent position, which certainly could be managed better... the free parking and the surroundings are a positive thing... The breakfast is definitely worth reviewing as it doesn't even include simple croissants but only homemade cakes. mediocre quality. Another thing I didn't appreciate was "not even a smile" from the reception and when I asked what kind of pillows they had, being told that it was useless to look for a choice because everyone complains anyway... MAH!! I remain very perplexed... Another sore point is that the spring mattress was added to ours and was the result of the union of 2 singles... Lastly, the price is really excellent and perhaps because it is proportionate to the quality,
