"Came here for a school trip. The breakfast was ok .. a bit underwhelming. The dinner was what really took the cake. The “Carbonara” which was pasta with mushrooms & peas? Dreadful. Then we had breaded chicken - and the chicken was dark brown on the inside. Finally we had bacon DRENCHED in a terrible lemon oil with string beans. Absolutely horrible & I would not recommend. Staff are not friendly & the rooms are extremely dirty."

"We had a lovely stay from start to finish. It felt like home. Unfortunately we didn’t make full use of their spa, as we were there for other reasons but would come back just to experience it. There was so much on offer, their spa area is so big ! But you don’t even know it’s there, the spa guest must really like this as it keep it tranquil and calming just what you need! We only had breakfast at the hotel but this is one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve seen! Loads on offer and plenty of it, the room was perfect and the bed very big! Perfect stay thank you all! see you again! "

"Hotel room was very nice ( apart from broken toilet seat ) bar and outside seating area were very nice . Facilities would be better if included in hotel price. We were on a Leger holidays tour and on arrival on our first day decided to eat in the restaurant , this was a mistake , the food was not as expected for €20 each , starter was nice then the main arrived , what I would describe as mystery meat in a tomato sauce and a few chips and also a deep fried chicken leg and part of the breast that was still raw in the middle . When we complained several others in on our trip were also complaining about similar issues. We were offered alternative items but after the original experience declined - all 9 people that complained were escorted from the restaurant by a rude senior member of staff . We tried to negotiate a reasonable price with her to pay for what we had eaten but were hounded the rest of the week for the full price. From our experience I would recommend eating elsewhere."

"Rooms were big, basic but very clean! Clean towels were given to us every day and the staff were lovely. Unfortunately, we were on a coach holiday with some of the most arrogant and ill mannered English people you will ever meet. They were incredibly disrespectful to the staff and were expecting them all the speak fluent English. We were in THEIR country, we should not expect them to speak our language. Instead of choosing to get themselves on Duolingo before heading to Italy, they chose to swear at staff who were trying their best. If you check the last 3 reviews, they were from the people who were the rudest and as you can see, they can’t even speak English themselves. Please do not avoid this hotel due to the reviews from a few horrible English people. The hotel is lovely, as are the staff. The pool is well worth a visit too! "

"I had single room number 101 oh what a disgrace!! The shower door, hairdryer, coat hangers, bed head, were all filthy full of dust, no skirting boards wallpaper peeling off, wall lamp almost falling off, 1980s thin outdated mattress, Childs single bed 2 and half foot wide not normal single bed, my back ached every night could not sleep well!! Although the hotel itself was okay and the staff were helpful and friendly but I’m afraid I will not stay there again unfortunately!! "

"What a nice structure. nice and professional staff. Room and bathrooms are wide and clean. Abundant and good breakfast. Excellent and complete spa, we have tasted it in the evening and we found it good. Excellent prices. Internal parking. I think they have recently changed the management, and they have recommended excellent restaurants."
